The boat and crew were amazing so friendly and fun the boat was very clean we had some rough water for snorkeling but beautiful and amazing views! I highly recommend

Storms this week yet we took the cat out and rained/poured the majority of our trip. My wife and i didn't even go in the water. They should have never taken the trip knowing the forecast. The crew even made comments as they were now allowed to start a long weekend! So this trip was originally scheduled for Friday and i was called to say Friday was cancelled as there were not enough passengers for a Friday cruise. As i'm sitting on the beach Friday finally having a nice weather day, there goes the cat in front of us with a boat load of passengers... wasted a ton of money for nothing.

I'm sorry you feel like you wasted your money. We cannot control Mother Nature but we are a long established company that consider the comfort and enjoyment of our guests as paramount. If we cancelled a trip every time the weather app on our phones forecast rain we would not be in business. We live in the tropics where the weather on one side of the island can be very different to the other. With that being said we have very experienced Captains that go and check on the physical weather around an hour before departure and, along with online forecasts and make decisions based on safety. A little bit of rain is not going to force us to cancel a snorkel tour (you're going in the water anyway!) but if the Captain observes rough seas that is unsafe to snorkel he will cancel a tour.
I'm not sure about your comments about not having enough guests as this is peak season so no scheduled departures have been cancelled due to lack of numbers (only weather) but maybe your tour was in low season and yes, in the low season, September through to Thanksgiving then sometimes we have to ask guests to move to alternate days due to low numbers. Our crew certainly do not enjoy 'long weekends' over the holiday period!!

Highly recommend this four hour sailboat/catamaran snorkel tour! I’m 61 yrs old and fair skinned. I worried about being about to do the snorkeling and being on a boat that long! Turns out I wished I could do it again the next day! We had such a great time thanks to Captain Mike, Jay and Eric. So knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They made sure safety came first and this is a tour kids could do as well. They got in the water with the group to explain, first, how to snorkel and next what we were seeing. Top notch equipment was provided including snorkel vests. After, we made two stops at Iguana Island and Half Moon Bay. Both stunning beaches! Lunch and drinks were provided after. There is definitely plenty of shade on the boat if you need a break from the sun. It was fun to see a dolphin swimming beside us for part of the way too! Price was so reasonable and pick up was walkable from many resorts!

Our family of 4 (18 yr old and 16 yr old) loved this tour. Captain Willie, Reggie and Jay were a great crew. We are veteran snorkelers and enjoyed the snorkel part of this tour a lot. Reggie and Jay were excellent guides during the snorkel part - we had some windy weather this week and still enjoyed the snorkeling. Lots of beautiful colorful fish and coral. We stoped at Half Moon Cay and Reggie led us on a walk to the sandbar through a trail filled with Iguanas. The sailing was super fun and the drinks were flowing. Fresh Fruit snack after snorkeling and lots of great drinks and yummy sandwiches for lunch. The catamaran was clean and had lots of great places to relax and take photos, including the rooftop and the favorite - the netting. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Email confirmation had us being picked up at a beach that was further away so I messaged on WhatsApp and switched pickup location to the Ritz. Super easy for us! They picked us and dropped us off at the dock by the Ritz (which was a quick walk to our hotel). We had such a great experience that we booked with the same company for the sunset sail later that week! (Which was also great!!) Highly recommend!

Capt. Michael , Eden, Erickson, and Ronnie were excellent and a lot of fun . We had a wonderful excursion with outstanding customer service. They really showed that they cared about the passengers. It was good food, lively music, and enjoyable especially with the sails up. Highly recommend!

Great tour! The crew was friendly, helpful and entertaining. Pick up and drop off a few hundred feet from our resort. Angelo, the captain, Reggie and Tae seemed very happy to host us.

The review title is a quote from my adult daughter on her first snorkeling excursion. We loved our time on the catamaran! The crew was very helpful and kind. They created a great vibe with the music and their hospitality. We definitely recommend this adventure.

Do you pick up from the port? We are coming from Princess cruise ship.

Could my 1 year old come on the tour if me or my husband stayed on the boat with him at all times ?

I wouldn't see why not. There was a person with a pretty small child but she was a good swimmer so they let her get out. Maybe check the website there might be an age guide

No you do not have to snorkel and they do not pressure you to. You can stay on the boat and watch or drink. But it is very beautiful in the water and they can give you a flotation device if needed. You can also go snorkel 10 minutes and come back to the boat, they gave us the option to not do the full 45 minutes if we did not want to.
