Great transport choice

While this was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, I decided to book a round trip airport transfer ahead of time. I used Tripadviser and decided to use Provo Connection based on both the reviews and the cost.

Upon arrival on Saturday 7/13, we exited customs and located one of the airport staff near the taxi service area. He directed us to a spot, made a call and told us our ride was on its way. 10 min later we were in an SUV and on our way to our resort. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and our driver was very polite. It was a 15 min ride and we were soon pulling up to our hotel.

On the day before our departure, we called, as instructed and were given a pickup time based on our flight. A van picked us up about 20 min after the agreed upon time and had another family also heading back. It was a bit crowed but not uncomfortable. We arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 20 min before our flight.

Over all the experience was exactly what I hoped it would be. Uneventful. I would definitely recommend using Provo Connection. And if you are someone that does not like to share a taxi, choose one of the other private options.

Second time we booked Provo Connections via Viator when traveling to T&C. Excellent service every time. When there are no other travelers for your pickup time (for the shared service reservation), they send a private vehicle. My friends called Provo directly for service the day before their flight back to the U.S. and Provo came through, no problem. Always on time, and the drivers are always very friendly and courteous. We will always book with Provo whenever we visit T&C.

great service for this family of 3

booked in advance for three of us going round trip from NY to TCI. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half but Provo Connect. was there and we were in an SUV going to 7 Stars with no other guests - in the end it was a private ride. Just had to wait a few minutes. Pick up was easy - called ahead to confirm our departure flight and they were there promptly at 12 pm as discussed. One other guest in that car ride to the airport which was fine by us. Both drivers were courteous and cars were clean. Strongly recommend to book with them on your next trip. $100 for 3 roundtrip was fair.

Airport Transfers

Used this service to and from the airport. Airport pick up with Trevor was very prompt and we essentially has a private ride. Return to the airport was a but more challenging given a later than expected pick up, was well as a very packed SUV. Overall, well run and reasonably priced operation.

Would use Provo Connections again

Shakarra was incredible and funny and was really nice. It was a bit confusing finding our ride when we first got to the airport though.

Great service

Great service. Pick up at the airport didn’t take too long though we did have to ask a couple of people exactly where to find them so it got a bit confusing. Picking up from the hotel, they were on time and drop off was so quick I wish we would’ve just told them an hour later since it took 15 minutes to get to the airport.

Terrible. I prepaid from/to airport transportation with them and while they did pick us up from the airport, noone showed up to pick us up at the hotel and drop us off and the airport. Not only that, my hotel tried contacting them via phone about 7 times to find out if anyones coming - but noone even bothered to pick up their phone. We waited for them at the hotel 30 mins and then ended up catching a street taxi not to miss our flight….. Im back home over a week now, still trying to reach someone over the phone to get a refund. Watch out guys, this company might be a SCAM.

Hi MashaC1 Upon your arrival you were told to contact us by email, WhatsApp, call or text. A day before your departure we notice you haven’t reached out so we left a message on your voice mail, contacted the front desk agent at your hotel and sent an email but never received a reply. On the day of your departure the driver went to your hotel and was told you checked but your luggage is still there. (Which means that your still on property) however he waited around for about 20 minutes and asked the agent to please call us when you arrive and he would turn back if need be. We are always available by any of the four ways I mentioned above to happily refund you.

Provo Connection Taxi & Tours. $64USD total for 2, from/to the airport. We quickly found them when we walked out the airport. Quick and professional staff. But I would say that next time, for Turcs & Caicos, I'll take a cab, I felt very safe on TCI. My issue with Provo, Provo confirms ride back ONLY by phone calls. I had no access to cell data, only wifi email and Provo REFUSED to book my ride back to the airport through email! I had to get the reception. They asked the same questions over the phone that I had provided them over email!! Alexandra Resort offer many ready to go taxi, 2 or 3 were waiting in the parking lot, the ride is probably not more than $40 to the airport and you can then leave your luggage at the reception, go back enjoy a last meal, the beach or else. We were scheduled at noon by Provo, got to the airport way too early 12h20 with a flight at 3PM.

I would use them again

I booked a package through Expedia Travel. I was very happy with the transportation partner that Expedia used. Provo Connection Transfer were polite, on time and easy to use. I would not hesitate to book them directly again.

We had the pleasure of using Povo and meeting Tre, Reeny and Cordy. They were truly a delight. They made our trip memorable and super fun. All are very professional and knowledgeable about the island. Thank you guys for an amazing trip because of you all we plan on returning!
