It was a great experience! We were picked up on time and given clear, precise instructions on how to parasail. The crew was just as excited as we were!

Romaine and Louis were such good guides. They navigated the weather with precision. It was a choppy and rainy day, and we caught the perfect window to go up. I highly suggest getting the scopolamine patches. It gets windy in the air. The views are amazing from that high up. Romain also took great photos and videos with our phone. We felt safe the whole time.

I have done few other parasailing trips before in Turkey and Cyprus but this one in Turks and Caicos has been the best experience so far. Romaine and Luis were amazing. They love what they do and it shows. These guys were fun, professional and really made our parasailing memorable. Plus the views are amazing. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a reservation for a 17 minute parasail and a one hour trip out and back with Parasailing Gracebay. Well, it was more like pickup four other families, wait for them to sail, fly for 5 minutes, argue with the captain and mate to go back up, then get two more minutes in the air for a total of 7 minutes while 17 was promised. When we were brought back down we witnessed another guest bribing the captain with cash for more air time. Turns out, it worked for him! Sadly, our experience was absolutely unethical, unsafe, and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

The captain and I had a meeting about this incident even before this dishonest review surfaced. He said that someone on the beach told this woman it was a 17- 20 minute ride. As with every other parasail company, if you are not booking the boat privately then there will be others picked up and taken on the same trip. Flight time is 8-10 minutes. Please read out tour description.
This woman is so dishonest. It’s just unbelievable that people can be this vile and conniving while on vacation. We live in an island and if we were stupid, we couldn’t be in business for 23 years. Here is the captains account:
“Good morning, yesterday we took a family of four on the 4 o'clock trip. After flying them, giving them nine minutes total, when they come down they start to complain that the guy on the beach told them that they will be in the air for 17 to 20 mins. I told her we don’t fly for that much time but what I’ll do is give her some extra minutes in the air. We end up giving her a extra four minutes. When she finished she was still complaining and wanted to be dropped back to their hotel so we drop them off and I did not charge her.”
This review is titled “unsafe and unethical” nowhere has she shown us to be unsafe and if doing two flights with your family and then walking away and not paying for any of it and then having the nerve to then go online and call us unsafe and unethical is just baffling. Her account of someone bribing the captain for more air time is actually someone being appreciative and tipping the crew, if you didn’t even pay for your ride then you just couldn’t understand this concept so instead you make false accusations. I hope the rest of your vacation is better than your free ride with us. Karma never sleeps
