Booked Provo through Orbitz when arranging my vacation for a private transport. 2 days before the trip I had heard nothing from them as to where to meet and what to do. I called the number on their website. No answer. No voicemail. I called Orbitz. They tried the same thing. No response. I used the email on the website. No response. The day before my trip I am now having find alternate transport adding stress to a situation that should be relaxing.

The description = VAN. The photo shows a VAN. The car that picked us up - not a VAN. If I were with kids under the age of 16 - no big deal climbing to the back of an SUV. But I am not with kids, and adults over the age of 50 struggle to get in and out of the 3rd row.
The company providing the service apparently has no vans, or at least was unable to accommodate either ride to or from the airport.
We would have picked another option if we were told honestly of the type of vehcle.

We booked a round trip minivan for 3. Very punctual and friendly drivers! Very clean air conditioned vehicle. Would book Provo Connection again.
