Wow, what a great trip. We're both fascinated by cave art and so we're really excuted to be able to book onto this trip + we also love going out paddling. So, it was a win win from the start. The level of organisation and instructions from the team at Cañon y Cañon was superb and the extraordinary level of detailed knowledge about the natural environment, heritage and local area provided by Ismael who steered our boat and gave us the most enthusiastic commentry in English which made the whole trip one that we will never forget. It's so good to feel that the company leading a trip like this are as excited as we were about it and really looked after us from start to finish. Thanks to Ismael and Olga and our other guide who did all the logistics to get our cars to the end of the trip so we could all drive away when we finished.

We were on Sunday, October 6, 2024 on the descent and it was an amazing experience, as well as having fun, we learned a lot of things thanks to our Christian Guide.

The Beautiful Safe River! We went with José a very nice boy, explained everything great and had a touch of humor! we met Ramón and Olga,tbm wonderful!

Can take children, gently flowing river, stops at cave paintings, can get out and swim in the safe spots, guides were excellent , Spanish but fluent in English, very enjoyable and very reasonably priced..

Very good (and hilarious) guide Olga made us feel safe and made the trip very enjoyable. Very gentle rafting but be aware of short hill walks either end. Chance to swim in the river as well. The caves were not really what I would call caves but the art was very interesting. The otter cave is home to one pair of otters but they are rarely seen so if that is your main incentive be aware you probably won’t see them. Overall very enjoyable and will definitely do the white water trip next time.

We went with some friends and the following week we returned with our children, one last, the monitors ALL amazing, you enjoy from start to finish, they explain everything to you as you go down that incredible river, you laugh a lot, really an experience too rich, you have to go, next year we will try again other adventures with this wonderful team😍 do not stop trying this super experience!!!! We recommend it 100%!!!!

Fantastic! This activity is a must do when visiting the area. We drove 1 hr 30 mins from Playa Flamenca and it was well worth it. We went with our two children (7 and 10) and my mother who is 70 and physically disabled. I whatsapped in advance to see if it would be suitable for my mother and the response was quick and helpful. They helped her onto the raft and let her sit wherever was most comfortable. She had the option of staying on the raft during the trip out to the caves but she was able to get on and off with support. They also explained in advance that she could exit the raft a few minutes before the end, where she would be driven back to the car park to wait for us as the final walk was a very steep 5 min hike from the raft to the car park.
Antonio was our tour guide and he was brilliant. Such a friendly, happy and enthusiastic man who was full of local information and clearly enjoyed his job.
The scenery is breathtaking. We went for the 10am slot and it was a really pleasant temperature especially as a lot of the trip was under shadows at that time. Not sure how it would be at the 4pm slot.
We had 2 chances to jump off the raft and swim. The water is not clear but it was a really cool temperature and quite fast moving which made it a lot of fun. Like a real life lazy river! It was so refreshing! My son loved doing front flips and back flips off the raft. Your feet will get wet even if you don’t choose to swim so make sure you have appropriate shoes. It wouldn’t have been comfortable in trainers.
A great thing about the tour is that they take photos so that you don’t have to worry about taking anything except water with you on the trip. You can enjoy it without worrying about taking photos. These then get whatsapped to you a few days later for no extra cost.
You are on the raft for approx 1.45 mins after the time to do safety briefing and get equipped with helmets and life jackets.
A perfect trip and one we will do every year we visit from now on.

Me dijeron que 4-5 años. El más pequeño que iba con nosotros tiene 6 y genial. No dudó ni un segundo en tirarse al agua. Con los chalecos no hay peligro.
