Private tour!? What a scam. We where stuffed in a completely filled bus with 50 other people. Don’t book this, you pay extra and it’s absolutely not private. What a waist of money, time and energy.

Hi Sanne, you didn't pay any extra money, a private tour only for you cost three or four times more than what you have paid. A part from that as I wrote you on the email we already changed the word "Private tour" not to have more misunderstanding in the future.
I'm sorry for that.

This tour pretends to be a private tour which it is not!!!!!
You pay some extra money, but you end up in a bus with 45 other people.
There is nothing wrong with a big group tour, but if it is advertised as a private tour (especially in corona times) it is sad when you end up in a big bus packed with people.
When confronting the agency, they told us that it is a missunderstanding and "private tour" doesn't mean "private tour". Please see the pictures attached and judge yourself 😉

The communication with them was wonderful! Eliazar was extremely responsive, helpful, and fast.
I went on the La Gomera tour with them, although the tour was outsourced to a different company. The tour itself was great. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the driver was also very friendly. We had enough time to visit places, take photos, and enjoy some leisure time.
We had some hickups regarding the pickup location. But luckily the guide was able to find me.
Overall I'd still recommend the agent because of their good service. And La Gomera is definitely worth a visit!
