Family and staff bent over backwards to accommodate our small group. Thank you! From sharing this family run business' history to exploring the vineyard and surrounding town, this was a magical stop on our trip!

I am Estanislao Castelló, sommelier, I have been to the GAINTZA TXAKOLINA winery, on October 24 at 4:00 p.m., we have been accompanied by Joseba Lazkano and we have extraordinarily enjoyed the history, wines from the winery that are extraordinary; I recommend your view to have an unforgettable experience

Yes or yes you have to know the history behind Txacoli, and Gaintza is a great family winery that explains it to you. Joseba accompanies you on a journey with a lot of soul, and you can tell that she is part of those vines. To finish with a highly recommended tasting experience.

If you are in Getaria, I think it is essential to go to a winery to be taught the origin, evolution and process of Txacolina.
In this winery the Tour is pleasant and very friendly.
They showed us the vineyards, the winery and their processes.
Perfect on time.
And also the three Txacolinas from the wineries are very good!!

We had a an intimate tour with Mauli as our guide. She was excellent and shared so much of the history of txakoli grapes and also the culture and heritage of the vineyards and the basque region. Would highly recommend booking with her as she was extremely attentive and caring to all our questions and needs. Not to mention the wine was also great! My favourite was the rose blend!

This was an excellent tour and our guide Johannes was the perfect host. The drive out took us through great scenery, beautiful look outs and to a great winery. The host was really informative and spoke great English and described the wine making in good detail. The wines were superb as was the pinxtos. We learned so much about the Basque Country people and culture from Johannes and highly recommend this tour, thank you very much

La visita guiada , el maridaje de los vinos con el chocolate , atún y anchoa de locura. El viñedo con el arco Iris , fue una visita maravillosa , mis Lanzaroteños quedaron enamorados del paisaje, de lo agradable y goxua que fue Amaia , eskerrik asko!!!!

El trato es excepcional, cercano y muy amable. Agradecí mucho un trato así debido a que viajaba sola y me ayudó a disfrutar mucho de la experiencia ! El producto es espectacular y la gente que trabaja en ello más aún.

Recorrimos el viñedo y la bodega para terminar con la cata de tres vinos acompañados con productos de la zona, nos encanto su txakoli "Aitako". Iona hizo la visita amena y fue muy agradable.
