We really enjoyed our day with Oriol. He picked us up at the Yokohoma port after our cruise, so we had a ton of luggage which he was able to accommodate in the large van (additional charge that we paid up front). We were able to get to all the places we wanted to during the day. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history and added his own interesting anecdotes. He was also very helpful with my dad who needed a wheelchair. Highly recommend this company!

Mattias was absolutely an amazing tour guide! He customized our tour and was incredibly flexible with our time. He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much. Had a blast! Thank you Matt.

Had a really good experience. Guy and Oriol were really accomodating with the numerous changes in my itinerary. It was difficult planning with the unusually warmer spring and the the flower parks that I had initially planned for were past their peak but they took all the changes in stride and never made it an issue.
I booked the service for two separate days - the first going to Ashikaga and the second within Tokyo.
Oriol was early on both days and was very perceptive and intuitive - we were travelling with older folks who are set in their ways and not particular chatty but he never let up with the commentary and flow of information.
Though they did not express their appreciation to him, it was clear that they were impressed with him during our dinner conversation :3
The 7 seater was very comfortable and he prepared bottled water for us. There's free wifi on board as well, and we could take it down with us if we wanted.

We had a private tour with Oriol, who is definitely the best guide to visit Tokyo. Very pleasant he would do his best to accommodate any special request.He know so well the city and its history .It is like an open book end also he know some secret spots to discover Tokyo.Highly recommend !!!

Goriel was an amazing tour guide - could not have had a better first day in Tokyo! Goriel brought us to many different must see sites in Tokyo and showed us some less-visited areas that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. He full of interesting facts and history. He helped us plan out the rest of our visit, as well. Would highly recommend!
