It was so easy to get tickets for the bus at Narita airport. We were told where to go to wait for the bus; and the staff at the pickup point were very friendly and took our suitcases to load onto the bus.
On arrival at Yokohama the cases are offloaded and you present your luggage ticket to prove it is your case for collection.
Very convenient and efficient.

The service provided by Way to Japan booked with Viator for bus transfer from Narita Airport Tokyo to Haneda International Airport in February 2023 was on time as scheduled upon my arrival from USA. The people at the ticket counter was very friendly as well as the driver. Even though there was confusion with my printed email for ticket the staff at Way to Japan was very helpful in issuing a refund. If my travels take me to the area again I would definitely book with them again. Elgie

Pretty confusing as they allow you to reserve your seats at a selected timing for airport to hotel but not the other way round. For going to the airport, you have to pay on the day itself at the boarding destination (hotel). If you don’t pay by the deadline (usually very late on the day itself), your reservation will be cancelled. But overall a cheap and convenient way to get from the airport to the Tokyo Disney Resort area. They accept 2 luggages per person and the driver would help you load it into the bottom of the coach. Be sure to know your destinations (e.g. which airport terminal) as they will tag it accordingly.

I asked to cancel my booking for the limo bus, because there was a change in my itinerary and I no longer needed to transfer between airports. I cancelled the booking as soon as I was made aware of the itinerary change. I have heard nothing from the company or a refund for my booking.

Inexpensive, smooth, and convenient. You don't have to worry about your luggage as it travels with you on the bus. Very clean and air conditioned. If you're flying into Tokyo, Japan for the first time - I'd recommend landing in Haneda Airport. Narita Airport is just too far away. Our trip was before the pandemic so masks and hand sanitizers were not necessary.

We used this service from Narita Airport to the Disney resort area. After a nice ride on a clean bus, my daughter realized she left her AirPods on the bus. The hotel concierge was able to contact the bus company and advised us they had her AirPods. We were very grateful to get them back. I would highly recommend this company.
