This was a nice laid back tour where we were able to explore the places we chose at our own pace. Eriko was super sweet and very knowledgeable of the area and all the best places to visit. The first cafe she suggested had phenomenal coffee art and tasted great too! We also had a fantastic time at the second cafe where we got to interact with meerkats, ferrets, and a (very sleepy) Fennec fox 🦊
We had a great time and I'd highly recommend this tour!

The experience was fantastic, you meet at the tourist info centre (google maps is a little unreliable to find it so allow extra time for finding it) and move onto some shopping post introduction with Emiko-san.
You will go down Takeshita street, hitting up a fair few of the shops as you go(we hit up the shrine about halfway down the street), once that is done, you will head to a café with 2d/3d latte art.
if you have enough time to hit up more shops, you will by going down a different street, as you work your way to the owl café which is a WONDERFUL experience.
Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in the fashion district, and also loves owls.

Emiko was a wonderful tour guide. She had premade reservations for us at several of the popular cafes and was great at getting us to all the must see areas. She helped us find shops to pick out souvenirs we desired and was very accommodating for our group of six ranging in age from 12-76. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this tour.

I booked a tour through Omakase by email very last minute as I didn’t realize animal cafes book up ahead of time and some don’t do walk ins. They replied very quickly and answered all of my questions. We were able to set up a date and time that worked for us and was only 2 days away.
We met Emiko our tour guide at the tourist center and she was so patient and flexible on a super hot day. My little ones were suffering from the heat and needed to stop frequently for refreshments and bathrooms and Emiko was super accommodating and even made the tour specific to our interests. The 3D latte art cafe was amazing, as was the graffiti art stop and of course the kawaii animal zoo was our absolutely favorite. Emiko combined the fun for the kids with knowledge to share for us parents. We had a great time despite the ridiculously hot weather, all thanks to her! I would recommend this tour and ask for Emiko!

It was a great experience! Our Guide Molly made it so wonderful! We went shopping and tríed japanese sweets and treats. Every person we met was very kind and welcoming We had a fun Lovely day at Harajuku and could enjoy with owls at the owl coffee shop, too.

Yumi was a wonderful guide, very accommodating to our constant requests to stop in all the shops and eateries! Travelling with 3 kids comes with challenges and Yumi got to know each child’s ‘must see’s’ so that everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!
