Alisa met us at the station on time. She was so easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable with our first time onsen experience. The onsen we visited was not only tattoo friendly but also one of the only hot spring fed onsens in Tokyo. Relaxing environment.

Our guide was wonderful. She explained the entire process with us and then took us inside. After the relaxing bathing she showed us around town a little. Very very good. Highly recommend

Met Alisa at the station and she was very nice. Explained to me the procedures of the bath house and then took me there. After really needed relaxing experience she picked me up from the lobby and walked me back to the station and then went out of her way to show me a good area to get a picture of the sky tree. Would definitely recommend and would do again if I visit again.

Guide was fantastic, we had an amazing time! Very relaxing and rejuvenating. I would do this over again if we had more time in Japan.

Very nice, relaxing experience. I went with 2 friends, all of us had never gone to a bathhouse before so it was so helpful to have Alisa there to guide us!

Met our guide Alisha at the metro station, she is punctual and nice lady. She explained in details on the do and don’t about the onsen. Good experience to have onsen with the locals. This onsen welcomed all the guests with tattoos:)

A great opportunity to experience an onsen if you have tattoos. The guide was amazing and the bath was easy to navigate and experience.

Alisa was very nice, and organised. After a small wait, the onsen was a nice experience, and definitely relaxed me. She left us with a small gift, which was very sweet.Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you.

What a wonderful outdoor bath! Relax your mind and body while seeing at the Tokyo Sky Tree. Alisa explained her procedure exactly so it was nothing to worry about her. I was surprised by how big the tower was :-) Thank you for taking me to two places i couldn't go on my own. She even gave me Japanese souvenirs!!!

I was looking forward to this cool experience. But I knew that tattoos were banned in Japanese hot springs. But I met Alisa's plan. The open-air bath was a very exciting experience near my inn. Alisa is a kind and polote woman, taught the history of Onsen and bathing procedures. Surely, it was hard to enter this facility by myself. She bought a Umeshu(plum sake) for me at a convenience store and saw the upside down Tokyo Skytree! Invisible from the inn. This is a highly recommended experience if you are in Tokyo!
