Professional, the driver was waiting when we arrived. Professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. The ride was relaxing and the driver even gave us suggestions for our time Guanacaste.
The driver who picked us up for our departure was impeccable be arrived early and took is to several local markets for liquor and souvenirs. Oh did I mention they have very competitive prices.
We also booked this company for our trip to La Fortuna/Tabacon Spa Resort. Wonderful experience all around.

Professional, safe, and on time. Our driver took the time to show us wildlife on the trip to the hotel. He even pulled over on the way so we could get out and see a howler monkey in the trees. The kids loved it, and I think it created additional excitement for everyone. We were also able to make a stop at a local grocery store to get items needed for the week. The same driver picked us up again for the travel back to the airport at the end of our trip. Quick note - upon arrival into the Liberia airport, look for your driver to be standing outside the airport with maroon shirt, and your name on a sign. We thought he would be inside, so it created minor confusion, but was cleared quickly. Drop off at airport for departure was seamless too. Great trip.

Was able to connect via email prior to coming. We worked out how to recognize each other and they had a sign. Just arriving to a foreign place can be nerve racking but it was smooth as can be. Took the hour + ride to the JW Marriott without any issues.

Excellent on time professional experience. Jose Fernandez our driver was fun and fantastic. Van was comfortable and air conditioned. Felt very safe.

Aaron was great and very nice, and waiting when we got out of the airport! Smooth ride from the airport. Would definitely book other tours next time we visit

I highly recommend using this company. The driver that picked us up from the airport was patient and greeted us with much needed cold water. he was very engaging and professional. A safe and respectful driver.
The return trip the driver greeted us with a smile and even arrived early. Kept the car cool and comfy the entire journey.

Easy booking and payment online. Driver details sent via email closer to the trip. Driver was there ahead of time waiting. The company/Manuel is responsive (WhatsApp and phone call) and was extremely flexible to accommodate changes (the night before) due to our flight cancelation, stress free.

Our driver “Fabian”was fabulous Picked us up from the airport promptly and was very friendly! Also our driver that picked us up “Erick”from the airport was very nice and picked us early so that we could get to our flight and through customs on time! I also recommend some friends that we met on the trip to utilize this company! They had the same experience! Will use you guys again!
