A must-do!! Such natural beauty, lovely atmosphere. Must say it was serene and enjoyable without small children there — no offense to families (we have children!), but this was a 30th anniversary trip, so a more “mature”crowd was a nice experience. Interesting and very relaxing after flying in and traveling around all day!

Sky-lagoon was worth the visit the night before our flights back home. was a perfect way to unwind after a week of camping, offering soothing 7 step ritual and good ocean views. However, it felt crowded around sunset, and a quieter atmosphere would have enhanced the experience.

An absolutely wonderful experience! There's nothing bad I can say about the place. I would suggest going early in the morning to avoid the heavy crowds but otherwise this is a great experience.

Wow, can’t even describe how amazing this experience was, definitely spend the extra $ and do the Sèr package! I would recommend bringing a waterproof phone pouch so you can take some pictures of the view as well. Also, once you begin the ritual you can’t go back through so just be ready. Overall such an amazing experience Felix & Jakub were so nice and helpful in every way possible. Highly recommend and just enjoy yourself!

I went twice during this trip. It was relaxing, and the body scrub during the seven step ritual left my skin feeling amazing. I want to return to iceland just for this!

People are loud, drinking heavily, facilities are not designed for relaxation and you will not have that here. You’re coming for a photo, everyone has phones on them and is talking the whole time. The spa is beautiful but the couples package isn’t as expected (you have to eat before or after your entry time—no relaxation spaces) you’re either in the lagoon with tons of people or in the extremely overcrowded ritual space. The steam room is insanely tiny. I would not go again. Know what you’re getting into!

My husband and I did the 7 step ritual spa package along with the drink and charcuterie add on. The whole experience was relaxing, and well organized. The lagoon thought of every detail to make the experince a memorable one. The lounge with the added on food/drink package was a perfect ending.

Wonderful. Staff was friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Would highly suggest to all! The saunas d steam room was nice, but the lagoon was the best part of this experience.

We booked the 7-step ritual and the truth is that overall very well, it was raining and the contrast between the rain, the cold that was outside and the phenomenal warm water. The steps of the ritual well. I thought that was well organized, the wardrobe great.... I thought it was a little expensive for what I was offering, I didn't even have a drink included...

Beautiful facility and we definitely enjoyed our visit. We did the ritual which was nice. We went right at 9 when it opened which was a great time because it was not as crowded.

Is there shampoo and conditioner available to use in the showers?

Yes the shower had shampoo/body wash and conditioner. I was on the side of the facility with individual showers though. Not sure of the group ones had it but I can’t see why they wouldn’t.

I have a waterproof plastic bag for my mobile can I take it into the lagoon so I can take photos?

Everyone was taking selfies in the lagoon. The only place it is forbidden is in the changing rooms/shower areas.

When you go on the webpage of the Sky Lagoon you can buy tickets including
transport.
We took a taxi from Radisson Hotel downtown to the Sky Lagoon and payed approx. 35 Euros each way. On the way back the Sky Lagoon reception will call a taxi for you, if you ask them.

We aware there 5 months ago. I think the drinks were around$11 or $12. We did have food. Beautiful facility- very clean and well organized.
