Thank you for both Sol and Dom for the great afternoon adventure for us on 31 May. It was good for me to confirm what to bring with us (footware, particularly) so that we could prepare. My wife was proud of increasing her confidence and both of our children are boasting their experience to their friends. We are very impressed how diverse the challenges are and definitely would recommend for others to try.

Dom was our instructor and I can honestly say it was an absolutely amazing experience!! 5 in our group and not 1 of us had anything negative to say. We’ve done canyoning before in other areas of Wales but this one was on another level. Dom was very insightful and was open to any questions you put to him. For any people of a more nervous disposition he was also very reassuring and never once tried to push anyone to do any of the jumps or slides. We payed £65 pp which looking back now is very cheap for what you get. 10/10!!

We were travelling from Bath and decided to take on this adventure on our way back. Because of the drive back we had to go early in the morning and were contacted to perhaps move to the afternoon to join the bigger booking - unfortunately this was not possible for us, but Sam got up early and took just the two of us regardless!
In saying that, we were so grateful becaethis experience was unforgettable!
Not once did we feel unsafe and we were able to take on the various challenges with excitement and gusto!
Sam was absolutely fantastic and explained every part of the experience. He went beyond that and got to know us as well as adding tidbits of information about the flora and terrain we trekked through.
All the gear was pristine and he explained more than he needed to about each piece of equipment.
Not only does Sam take you on a tour but he volunteers for the search and rescue teams that are called for emergencies in these circumstances - just in case you didn't believe my testament!
And admirable and friendly guide is understated - I recommend anyone to do this adventure; his oldest adventurer was 74!
Well worth every penny and I cannot wait to go again and take some friends!

Gotta say this was one of the best activities I’ve done up there with my skydive. Went with my pal who isn’t keen on heights and could miss out what he didn’t like. I ended up on some big jumps and various other cool stuff. Sol the guide and his mate proper cool down to earth chaps that went above and beyond to make sure you had a good day. They even provided a cake and a beer/coke at the end and mars bars during the session which I thought was a nice touch!
Top day enjoyed by us both will be making a trip back soon to do this again!

Sol was the perfect combination of fun yet safe and knowledgeable. Myself and my other half went canyoning with Sol and his team. Sol did a fantastic job of filling every moment of the trip with fun while educating us on varying elements of the wildlife, history and plant life of the river and forest. We always felt safe without sparing on any fun and thrills. Especially zip lining off a waterfall. Could not recommend him or his team more. A fantastic day out

My friends and I (group of 4) extremely enjoyed our canyoning experience - it was a top day out. We had Sam as our guide and he was great throughout. He ensured our safety came first at all times but also allowed us to have the best time trying some of the more challenging jumps. I would highly recommend this experience and if there’s any way to request Sam, do it!

One of the best canyoning trips we have been on. My adrenaline junkie 13 year old son and I (slightly older but as fun loving) had an activity filled afternoon in the most gorgeous of settings. I have done this previously in New Zealand and this was up there with it. Simply stunning - the glorious sunshine played its part. Sol was very patient and supportive especially with me being young at heart, The perfect guide / instructor. Would highly recommend to anyone. Zip-wiring, sliding. jumping. plunging; it had it all. Such good fun

Amazing fun. Beautiful scenery within the canyon of which there were 3 sections.
Our instructors were Ben and Sol who were incredibly nice and helped any way they could.
Just a recap on what was done: You will walk to a conyon and start going down it with rope. You will jump into water. Initially it's cold but that's what the wetsuit is for and it will get better and you will acclimate. They provide a lot of safety equipment and how to behave safely. If you can walk uphill and jump you can do this activity.
You will slide down waterfalls and make jumps In pools of water as you go further down. You can decide what you want to do as nothing is forced. You can also go zip lining into the water.
It can be slippery as it's near water and rocks. Bring shoes you are comfortable being completely soaked in. Bring extra underwear as they will be soaked after the activity.
