大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢

Avi Shaleav, the best your guide in Jerusalem

Avi Shalev!!!!!!Avi Shalev!!!!!!!! Avi Shalev!!!!! This is the tour guide to look for with this company BeinHarim. My mother aunt and I booked a private tour and was blessed to receive Avi. He is so patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional but personable as well. I booked this private tour because I knew we would need to slow down the pace that you get with a large group heard them in and out your. But what we received exceeded my expectation. On my return visit I will nook Avi Shalev again and I recommend anyone reading to do the same.

A very unpleasant and unreliable experience

We booked and paid the Bethlehem/Jerusalem tour in February 23 for April 23.
The afternoon before the tour-day we got an SMS "tour cancelled".
We called the office and the answer was: only 4 people.
Imagine what it means: a tour booked two mounts ahead and the day before you got the information, that the operator cancelled the tour.
And then, BEN HARIM credited only US$ 230.40 in stead of the paid US$ 240.00 - they deducted the cancellation fee of 4 %.
BEN HARIM cancelled the tour and we should pay 4 % cancellation fee.
Even we exchanged in the meantime about 10 mails, BEN HARIM is not willing to reimbourse the cancellation fee.

A wonderful experience

My sister and I (both seniors) took this tour on October 12, 2022. We had a wonderful day with Eli. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to spend the day with. He accommodated our walking speed (slow!!). He accompanied us through Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Did get to see all of the sites. Took time for photos and lunch and shopping. It was a wonderful experience walking through Old Jerusalem and visiting Bethlehem that I'll never forget. The private tour is the way to go, you get to see and experience so much more. Thank you Eli.

Excursion on Sunday 4th September. Some initial problems because the WhatsApp customer service was unable to coordinate the pick-up at the port of Ashdod. We therefore left with an hour late. However, the day went on the best way thanks to our guide Itamar. A truly exceptional guy, very professional and prepared but above all passionate about his work. He literally made me love this visit to the holy places. Thanks Itamar!

Excelent Jericho/Betheleem private tou

Nous avons choisi sur internet un tour privé pour 5 personnes avec départ Jerusalem pour visiter Jericho et Betheleem (932). Le guide est arrivé su point de départ indiqué en horaire. Super sympa, super profesionnel. Nous avons visité Jericho et Betlheleem où on n’a pas dû faire la file (1 heure d’atteinte). Le guide nous a fourni tous les renseignements necéssaires. Pas de problème logistique no de sécurité particulièr. A recommander !!!

Bethlehem is a slum

Just back from this trip...I have to say the rubbish in Bethlehem is a disgrace...dumped fridges and 3 piece suites all over the place ......to be fair the guide apologised but said even with jewish funding the muslims just don't care......so sad.... won't return.

Good times in Jerusalem with YOAV MALACHI

The trip itself is fine, specially for religious people. Yoav tried to do his best to show everything possible, however it wasn't easy to do since it was raining that day. Nevertheless Yoav used his humor and made this trip fantastic.
