- Candace L0 条分享Terrible experience大家到耶路撒冷千萬不要在Jaffa gate的tourist info.旁的tickets office買tour！向他們買了bein harim tours的Jerusalem-old And new行程,表定73美金，有車接送,他們收了我70美金,隔天在約定時間在約定的飯店前,他們沒有出現,預約單上寫有時因爲車況會遲到20分鐘,所以我等了30分鐘打給bein Harim 公司,他們藉故說因爲沒看到你就走了.後來請bh退錢,卻與ticket office的員工推來推去,而且ticket office的員工非常沒禮貌,甚至叫我滾回去,不要再來以色列。找了警察去跟他們談,依舊不退費.警察跟tourist info的人都說這樣非常常見.希望不要有人跟我ㄧ樣被騙錢撰写日期：2018年1月1日

Our favourite time on the tour was with our tour guide Avi. Took us into the old city. He was knowledgeable and understanding. I would like to know if Avi is safe. With all the horrors that’s the enfolding in his country. He was a caring man.

Terrible experience. Could not get into port. The lady at the info desk said this was not the first time. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours back the next day just so that we could see Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The lady from the office Ashdod information desk was amazing. Thank goodness for her help. Complete waste of the day as we could not book another tour. The ship was completely booked. Definitely look for another tour guide. Bein Harim the worst. TripAdvisor should exclude them from their tours!!!!

Yoav Malachi was our wonderful guide on this one day tour. He covered a lot in the one day so it was a fast paced tour. Yoav was the perfect guide, keeping the group of 29 together in such a busy city is a difficult task which he managed with good humor. The tour was the highlight of our 7 day cruise and fulfilled a lifetime goal to see the holy land.

Prima verzorgd, mis alleen een geluidsinstallatie. Alles gezien wat we wilden en aangeboden was. Ook de reisleider was prima en vertelde prima. Alleen doordat de groep erg groot was, was het soms moeilijk te verstaan

Very poor experience. Look elsewhere if you can. They couldn't get into the port to meet us and never advised ANYONE on the ship. We had to take a shuttle for 35 minutes to meet them at the Sea Mall. They waited 2 hours for people to come which cut into our time for the tour. Once a lifetime experience was totally ruined by them. The guide was OK, Many sites went unseen because of their issues at Bein Harim. They took us to their lunch place which was a total rip-off for the price with poor taste. Frankly, they didn't care.

Thanks for sharing that you thoroughly enjoyed the tour guided by Rafi. The shop is supposed to be a short bathroom stop too.

Most of the itineraries were ok except the guide did not run a head count which is crucial in any excursions. We don’t want to see tourists leaving behind in a foreign country. It is most difficult to imagine. The volume of PA in the bus was too low that we couldn’t hear most of the time.

Sorry that you felt this way
Adults, traveling knowing constraints, mostly act responsibly. We have NOT
(luckily)up to date had any lost travelers.
Oity you didn't approach the guide regarding volume in order to increase voice
projection. Surely this Could have been rectified on the spot. and not only held as something we failed to do. Real pity.

My ship Odyssey of the sea arrives on 8:00 am on 23 Oct, but this Jerusalem and Bethlehem Day Tour from Ashdod Port starts at 8:00 am. Can this excursion wait for us before starts?
