Wonderful tour with interesting fortress. The guide is knowledgeable and the monuments inside are very well preserved. Worth exploring if around!

Though it might not look impressive from the outside, it is in the inside. So many attractions to try like medieval games (lots of fun), archery, dress like a local from the times, superb guides inside to show you the secrets of the fortress. Really great experience while we were in Sliven - the town of the 100 chieftains. Recommended!

Great place, rich in history from multiple eras. The guide even let me keep a small piece of ancient ceramica. To have an item even so small, that resembles the rich history of the Sliven region is truly an honor. Remarkable place which only downside is that it is not popular enough! Highly recommended.

Hello Delyan, thanks for the positive review. Tuida fortress is a must when you visit Sliven. It has got so much history and breathtaking views from there.

Le meilleur endroit à visiter à Sliven est la forteresse. Nous avons eu le meilleur guide qui nous a conduit à travers la forteresse.Ses histoires étaient comme un voyage dans le temps.Il y a aussi des animations pour les plus jeunes, comme du tir à l'arc, des jeux médiévaux. Un endroit merveilleux pour se promener en famille.

We went there and we were very disappointed. Only some walls of the former fortress. The nature is growing well what makes it hard to walk threw because it seems nothing takes care where visitor's have to walk. The most signs couldn't be read, bleached by the sun. At the end, there is nothing like stones and scrub. It's a shame.

You did not buy a ticket with us. I'm surprised you review something you have not bought from us.
We always provide a person from the fortress to tell you something even without paying for the guided trip. That's how you know that you did not buy your ticket through us but you leave a review in our profile.
To tell you the truth, Tuida Fortress is excellent if you have a guide, rich in history and artifacts.
