Innovative technologies transform a simple museum visit into an entertaining and educative experience. The bus station is 150 meters away from the museum. It is true that the bus station network of the island is inadequate, and we are sorry for your inconvenience.

Dear Aaron, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding with your kid. We always inform the parents about the children under 6 years old before they pay and enter the museum. We also inform them about the procedure so neither of the parents loses the 9D experience. That is why children under 6 are free of ticket charge. Also, you could easily ask for a cancelation when you were informed about the procedure. But even if there was a misunderstanding, I do not expect how you imagined a 1-year-old child could watch a 9D experience or what would be the benefit from that? Your review give us the opportunity to point out that our museum is not recommended for children under 6 years old, but of course we cannot deprive the parents of such ages to visit us.

With a quick market research, you would discover that in Europe and US in a similar museum or a 9D movie the ticket costs at least 15-25 €.
