Jag hade höga förväntningar på denna tripp men blev besviken. Först o främst fick vi byta minibuss 4 gånger (hämtade i kata/karon)innan vi lämnade phuket.
+ Bamboo raftingen var mysig
+trevlig guide
- trippen tog mycket lång tid. 12h
- vattenfallet vi besökte var knappt ett vattenfall - är de då värt o besöka det?
-atv körningen var med dåliga atv's på en liten tråkig bana.
- elefantbadning/trekking. Omoraliskt.
- lunchen var inte i ao phang nga som utlovas här, inte ens i närheten av nationalparken. Var flera timmar bort
- lunchen va den absolut sämsta måltiden jag ätit på 4 veckor i thailand

Many thanks for your review and feedback. Due to the temporary changes of the tour program and we have informed before getting your confirmation. As per this Tour we do not have elephant and it is ECO Tour, the one you took is not as per stated in this and we have already given you the details. We absolutely apologize of this tour that was not full fill your expectation. We have now updated and develope our program.

My husband and I took our family to Phuket and wanted to do a couple tours while there. A friend recommended Holiday Story. Miss Natti arranged 3 tours for us.
The tour around Phang Nga was for myself and 8yo and 10yo. The kids wanted to see the sea turtles and I wanted a bit of time exploring Thailand. Miss Natti suggested the Delight Phang Nga tour. I wanted to be done the tour by 2pm so the kids would still have time at the beach. She arranged for us to go with one of her drivers on our own private tour with one of her tour guides, Woody (who is also a photographer). Woody took us for kayaking at Sarasin Bridge in the mangrove forest, then to Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park to see the sea turtle conservation efforts at the Navy base and then lunch on a bamboo raft down a river. Woody's english was quite good, he was knowledgeable about the different places we went to he was also good at helping the kids feel comfortable and made sure they had umbrellas to stay cool, etc. The lunch was so tasty and they had some good options for the kids. I could not have arranged this kind of trip on my own and I would not have thought to arrange some of this. The price for the tour was 100% worth it. It was such a fun day for my kids and I!
We will definitely use Holiday Story when we come back to Thailand and I will be sure to ask Miss Natti and Woody what tours they would recommend!

Otroligt välarrangerad utflykt. Kunnig guide, duktig fotograf o trygg chaufför. Vi var 1 vuxen, 3 tonåringar o 1 lillkille och alla hade en lärorik dag. Rekommenderas till alla.
