Realmente el transfer no fue bueno ya que no me inspiro confianza el vehiculo que no estaba en buenas condiciones por los kilometros que teniamos que recorrer

Buenos días. Agradecemos sus comentarios, pero me gustaría saber cuando usted hizo su viaje con nuestra empresa, ya que no tenemos ninguna constancia que su experiencia haya sido con nosotros. De ser así, le reembolsaremos todo su dinero y le brindaremos el traslado de regreso completamente gratis. Favor anexar copia de su reserva. Muchas gracias!!!

Hi there. We wanted to give a great review for our driver Fernando and our contact Livingston.
Before we left the states, Livingston was in contact to make sure we had all of the information we needed for pick up and even going back to Punta Cana.
We flew into Punta Cana but needed to go to Samana. That’s a 4 and a half hour drive.
Getting through the crush of taxi drivers and others upon leaving the airport was easy. Fernando had a sign that was easy for us to see.
We went to the parking lot and hopped in the van. There was air conditioning and water and we sat back for the long ride.
The drive was as smooth as it could be. Fernando was skilled at getting around all of the different types of traffic.
On the way back from Samana to Punta Cana, we were met at the hotel at the right time. We were able to change our departure time by a half hour so we could grab breakfast at the hotel. Thanks for the adjustment.
When we left, we had an unexpected flat tire from some glass in the road. Fernando stopped in Samana town to get it fixed. He took care of it and we were on our way quickly.
It’s hard to ask for more from the pre departure communication to the actual trip to and from. We will use the service again when we return. It was a great price for the service provided. Thanks Livingston and Fernando.
