The service was booked through Booking, and this company never showed up at the place where it was supposed to pick us up. After waiting more than 1 hour we decided to take another taxi.
They charged for the service anyway and we had to take another taxi. Unpresentable Booking and this company. Please don't hire them

Estamos verificando la información del comentario que nos ha proporcionado. Sin embargo, queremos informarle que nuestro personal cumple estrictamente con las políticas establecidas por nuestra empresa internacional 🤝. Su reserva no se hizo directamente con nosotros, sino a través de otra empresa, la cual nos exige cumplir con los términos tal como están estipulados en el contrato 📜.
Si a un pasajero se le cobra algún suplemento, esto puede deberse a un vuelo demorado 🛫 o a un servicio marcado como "no show" 🚫. El baucher de su reserva indica claramente que, si el tiempo de cortesía ha finalizado, se deberá pagar un suplemento adicional 💳. Por lo tanto, estamos obligados a cumplir con estas reglas y condiciones 📋.
Para que proceda un cobro de suplemento extra, deben darse algunas de las siguientes situaciones:

An excellent agency, the entire service was without any inconvenience, they were waiting for us when my flight arrived and we arrived safely at my hotel. I recommend it 100%

Poor service. Difficult to find the rep at the airport. When we arrived after a 9 hour flight the taxi eventually turned up 50 mins after we got out of the airport as they said he was on another job - even though we whatsapped them when we landed as they requested. In the mean time the rep couldn’t give us an estimated time as taxi wasn’t answering his phone and she kept saying 15 mins. When it turned up it was an old minivan even though we paid for a minibus. They didn’t bring the baby seat even though we had a 1 year old so had to hold them in our arms, even though they knew the ages of the kids. The driver was swerving around the place, although he had a nice singing voice which helped. We decided to cancel the return transfer due to the poor service.

Book a transfer from Bayahibe to Uvero Alto through the My transfers website. The day before the transfer, I receive Wpp to confirm the transfer, schedule, recommendations, etc, etc...
The time for the transfer arrived and we were ready 10 minutes before as they told us, the minutes passed and it didn't come and it didn't come, so I started the consultations through Wpp, which is already arriving, in 5 minutes it is, the 5 minutes passed and In 10 minutes it is, 10 minutes passed and it is not there, the road was closed due to an accident, it is in 5 minutes, several round trips passed like this, the most frustrating thing is that at one point they tell me via Wpp the driver is already It is waiting for you, which was not true, it arrived a few minutes later. Then the driver told us several things, that he came with elderly people and that they wanted him not to go fast, that the truck had problems and that it couldn't go more than 105 km/h (when the regulatory speed is 100, well) all this without asking for any explanation. We had to talk to the driver so he wouldn't fall asleep, calling the central office to discuss an assigned trip, all shouting (We speak Spanish and they insulted each other, all hands-free). The worst transportation company in all of Punta Cana. Terrible is to say the least. They left me and my family stranded in the hotel and we missed the return flight. They didn't answer our calls or messages and they simply scammed us.
I hope you take this review into account to NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY because they are the worst.

Never ever again! One of the worst services I ever experienced. We had to wait for over an hour to set off finally. We ordered a child seat in advance that was missing and when it got there the driver did not even know how to put the seat securely in the car. I booked a return transfer originally but I cancelled the second leg of the transfer.

Contrate el traslado desde al Aeropuerto de Punta Cana hacia hotel en Bayahibe, todo salió bien. La persona que nos espero en el aeropuerto Christopher fue muy amable con nosotras. El chofer también. Luego contraté con Christopher el traslado desde el hotel de Bayahibe hacia el hotel en Punta Cana, también todo perfecto.
