We have been a group of 4 people from Israel. We made arrangements in advance and decided to make a 3 days tour in the famous Siem Reap - Cambodia region. Our goal was to visit the famous ancient temples!!! We were very lucky to contact and have as our guide tour Mr. Sophon - with the nick name Tom. He was so professional, with a great knowledge about the sites what we have visited. He and the driver ( his older brother) are so kind people, it was really our pleasure to spend the 3 days with them. Everything was perfect, the explanations ( he has a wide knowledge about the history and the culture of the region) about the sites, the car ( a spacious one and clean), the small talks ( what we had with Tom ) about the life and Cambodia in general during our drive from one site to other. We can say that we have a very good experience regarding such kind of trips and tourists guides ( due our many many years traveling around the world) and we can definite say that Mr. Sophon - Tom, is the best of the best. I am confident that he is one of the best tourist guide that we had in our long life experience !!! I wish him good luck and great success!!!

Well, as you have known that Tom is very well knowledgeable and highly professional with his performance. Additionally, he never stays still which means, all the time, he updates his skill as the tour guide. Also, we are very please with his great performance as well as your valuable time writing review on Tripadvisor.

This is by far the best guided tour and transportation service I have ever experienced. Guide Siv Sophon (aka Tom) is a very knowledgeable, highly courteous, timely and service oriented guide. He has many stories to tell to make your experience enchanting. He is very accommodative to your needs. He is also a great photographer. We could not have asked for anything better. He planned our experience extremely well and was in constant communication for a week and made things effortless and enjoyable for us. He also made sure he recommended the best restaurants to try, best places to shop, original artisan stuff and best shows to watch. He was never pushy about anything and always cared about our comfort. He even booked best seats for us for the Angkor Dynasty which would be sold out if we did not have his help. We are so glad we had Tom and we made a friend for life.
Tom's brother Sofa was our driver. His van was extremely comfortable and huge for a family of 3 with quite a bit of luggage. He gave us service of airport pick up &2 days of tour in Siem Reap and transported us from Siem Reap to Phnom Phen. It was a luxurious experience throughout and we felt like royalty. Our experience was loaded with cold cologne towels and chill water. He was the nicest driver we ever had.
We are very thankful!
