I did yoga every morning during my stay here. The teachers are highly experienced. They brought my body back to life and helped me to calm, balance and focus my mind.

The yoga classes here were fantastic. Highly experienced teachers that easily adapted the class to my exact needs. (I'm an advanced student) very personal, caring space. Kristen was 👌

Morning yoga better than coffee

I had my morning classes 4 days in a row which helped me to make my day more productive and stay positive. Teacher Ashley helped me a lot with my posture and self awareness. The place is very quiet and surrounded with nature.

Start your day the right way

I had the pleasure of attending three sunrise yoga sessions while staying at Raquel's Green Tara Nature Lodge.

It was a couple of years since my last class because of the back surgery I had. Since the operation, I've been doing brief, light workouts by myself. So, I thought it might be challenging for me to get through a full-length session.

Fortunately, the beautiful teachers of Bukit were experienced and accommodating, keeping the intensity at the perfect level considering my situation while giving me the personalised care I needed.

I'm glad for the experience because I realised just how much of a difference it makes to have expert instruction. You can't get the same level of benefit by using an app even if you're proficient, especially when you're recovering from an injury.

I recommend Bukit to yogis of all levels and anyone looking to take up yoga while visiting Bali...
