Uncomfortable experience and wouldn't recommend.

We travelled by Queen bus from Ninh Binh to Hoi An. It was an overnight VIP sleeper service. It actually left early (I guess once they knew all passengers had arrived). However it was extremely uncomfortable. There were individual beds with curtains to pull across for privacy but they were very small length and breadth wise so not able to move much which meant you were literally stuck in there for the full 14 hours, other than when they made 2 brief stops during the journey. Our seats were broken so you couldn't adjust them to sit up either, meaning we had to lie down the whole time. There were far too many people on board for the space which made it feel very claustrophobic and there were even people sleeping on the floor between beds which was a nightmare to navigate you needed to use the onboard WC. There wasn't an option to turn off the air con above each bed so it was pretty cold throughout the night. All in all a very uncomfortable experience and wouldn't recommend. If we find the journey again we'd do the train as at least you could get up and walk about.

Good Bus and good service

We booked the sleeper bus to Hoi An here, while it was very difficult for us to book tickets on weekends because it was very crowded and almost all buses were full, but luckily we booked tickets here, she was very kind, helped us book tickets easily and picked us up on the bus, the sleeper bus was very comfortable and picked us up on time, I appreciate the quality and service here

Chuyến đi rất tốt

Dịch vụ tốt, xe giường nằm tiện nghi thoải, xe đón ngay điểm trung tâm, thuận tiện, lái xe an toàn.
Đến ngay trung tâm Hội An, rất gần khu tham quan du lịch và khách sạn tôi đã đặt trước, trải nghiệm chuyến đi đánh giá 5 sao về dịch vụ
