Daphne was a great guide and her English is awesome! We visited the top sites in Taipei including Chang Kai Shek Memorial Square, Doug’s street, and the Longshan Temple. Daphne answered all our questions about the history of Taipei and Taiwanese culture and even helped us find speciality tea for our family. We would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to learn about Taiwan and Taipei from a local!

Daphne was a great guide, who was so friendly and very proud to share her country with us! She was knowledgeable and engaging, especially her explanation of Taoism/Buddhism and the Longshan temple. The areas Daphne showed us were cool and something we wouldn’t have found on our own like the Pier 5. Thanks so much!

We started our 4 day stay in Taipei with Agnes on a 'Highlights and Hidden Gems' tour. Not only was her English excellent, she also connected with us right from the start and provided some really useful background history and cultural insights alongside a mix of local highlights and insights. Tasters of Taiwanese herbal drinks, fried chicken and, of course, bubble tea kept us going and our 11 year old son engaged throughout. Great experience - recommend!

Jones provided a great experience. I have relocated to Taiwan and wanted to learn more about the history of Taiwan. I learned so much about the complex history of Taiwan, for which Jones is a true scholar. It was great to see the largest memorial in Taiwan and I was lucky that he was able to get us into the Taipei Guest House, former residence of the Japanese Governor. The farmers market was also a fascinating sight!

We arrived a bit early and June was waiting for us. She started with
the Longshan Temple and explained what was going on, the local
religions and worship, very interesting. We moved on to the
traditional medicine area and tried some teas. We also had a look at
the preserved old shops. June was cheerful and pleasant and
knowledgeable. She ordered some local buns for us to finish with which
were delicious. Family of five from Australia.

June was so, so friendly. We are very grateful for all her help.
It was a great experience. She told us things about the locals, which
we could not have known otherwise. She was flexible and addapted the
tour according to our needs.

Even before I arrived in Taipei, my guide established contact. So I was surprised that she did not make it clear in advance that I was to meet her at a different place than specified by my reservation. When we did finally get together, she expressed doubt that we would be able to complete the tour in the time remaining. So we started on a down note. We went to 2 famous sites and walked through a day market, but I did not feel I got a view of any "hidden gems."

As a solo traveler, my experience was an exceptional one with a highly
knowledgeable guide such as Jane. Engaging, pleasant, attentive, she
answered just about all my queries on the unique religious culture and
(especially) foods of Taipei. She made it such a personable
experience! I could not have asked for a better guide anywhere! Many

We are very pleased with our tour guide Jessica. She has been very flexible with the schedule, as I have two very inquisitive kids. Jessica is very well versed in the history and customs of Taiwan and has made the tour very enjoyable.

My Wife and I are traveling back home to California and have a 7 hr layover in Taipei.
I was hoping someone could pick us up from airport show us around Taipei and drop us back at airport.
