Charlie was fabulous, He led us to a nice experience in which we had a lot of interesting communication, culture, society, city, all of that. I would recommend him to everybody, you must try the private tour with him.

Charlie was very nice and friendly. He know everything! Place to go, to eat, to shopping, to city walk, etc.... Frist time in Taiwan, Best experience!

I had Danny not Charlie for my cruise excursion. He was lovely; easy to collegiate with, on time for pickup drop/off (crucial for cruisers), wonderful photographer and great driver. He did a great job of showing us all the highlights in our short day and was lovely company to boot!

We had a great time touring various spots in Taroko National Park. Our your guide Danny was courteous, friendly, respectful and resourceful. He speaks good English. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (such as to find Starbucks in the early morning!) and to take photos and videos for us the whole time. I would gladly recommend Danny to anyone who visits Taiwan.

Our plane was 2-hours late so we had only 5 hours instead of 7. Charlie sent Danny to pick us up from the airport. Danny waited which was very nice. Although some places on the posting say "all fees included" there is another place it says there is an additional $50 USD fee from the airport, which I missed (my fault), so I felt uncomfortable hearing in the car there was another charge. It was a quick tour but we did see a nice temple and get to eat. I wish it was a little more interesting and energizing since it was our first time and we were excited. We really needed some guidance on what was best to see in the time we had available - might have made a big difference. Wes

Thank you for your supplementary comments, because the pick-up location of my Taipei day tour products is in the Taipei area. If the guests pick up and drop off in other areas, there will be additional pick-up fees. In fact, we will not deliberately charge extra fees to the guests. because Taipei International Airport is not in Taipei City, but in Taoyuan City, which is 50 kilometers away from Taipei City and takes about 40 to 50 minutes by car, so there is an additional charge of $50. We took a day trip to 阳明山 with our local friends. Charlie picked us up from the hotel on time. He drove us to a few scenic locations. He is an extremely experienced guide who knows exactly where to go to have a great view of the attractions. He also took great pictures for us at these places. It was a truély memoriable trip. Thanks Charlie!

I took my friends from Laos on a day trip to the north coast. Charlie is incredibly friendly and nice! The drive is smooth and very flexible on schedule, took us to some beautiful places that are not well-known by tourist and took nice pics for us too! Charlie thanks for the wonderful trip, we had a good time, will join one of your trips in the future :)

Since Charlie was booked, he lined us up with Danny who led us through a day of fun, information, local lunch and photography! We fell in love with Taiwan and had many unique experiences that we want to explore more next time. We’ll be back!

We arrived with a cruiseschip, and mr Charlie promised us to pick us up. Hé did, but brought 15 non English speaking drivers.
We ended up in a car with a driver who spoke very poor English.
The whole tour then was not the Taipei highlights, but something around the harbour, what we did not book.
During the day we had to ask help from other drivers to go the right direction.
I would not take this company a next time!!

First of all, let me explain to you that the product you ordered is a one-day tour in New Taipei City, so my partner is taking you to Yehliu Geopark, but you also said that you are going to Taipei City for a one-day tour. For day trips, we have no choice but to cooperate with you and change to Taipei City. Your husband and wife are old, and we respect you very much. Parking is not easy in Taipei City. Maybe there is no way to accompany you to the scenic spots all the way, but my partner can speak English. , but your English accent is not very clear, so there is such a big misunderstanding.
