It was a packed itinerary with sites and places visited that were unique. The guide and driver were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They took us through scenic roads passing interesting villages and hikes to the volcano. Overall it was a great experience

This tour was such a great experience. Well organized, friendly staff and so much to see! The night hike to the volcano was amazing, although it was hard to see all the lava because of the fog. But sleeping right next to a volcano under the open sky was amazing. The Danakil Depression was just breathtaking! If you are into nature and landscapes you should do the Tour. The guides shared a lot of information about those places, and gave us a taste of living in the outback, far away from the big cities of Ethiopia and the warm hearted hospitality of the locals. Our chef, who was responsible for our meals, was excellent! On the last evening he prepared a little buffet of original ethiopian food...and it was extraordinary!!!
