Listen to suggestions from your driver 😁😁

Our driver, Mian Anees, was awesome!!! We personalized our trip to stop at places we were more interested in seeing around Mt. Fuji. Mian was great at planning the drive so we hit all the places. At each stop he made sure we got the right tickets if needed or gave us clear instructions where to go and where he will be waiting for us. He did give us some suggestions of other better spots to go see but we declined. In retrospect we should have listen. We opted for the ice caves. Bad idea 🤨. Very small place. Mian was a great photographer too. He took perfect pictures for my son and I at all the spots we stopped (I hate selfies). The weather wasn’t on our side until the end of the day. On our last stop Mian took the perfect picture!!!! Thank you Mian for your kindness and for safely driving us from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji!!

Great trip, lots of perfect views

We had many amazing views, stopped at a variety of cool villages where there was even more views, good shopping or other cool experiences (like bottling your own Mount Fuji water). Our driver/guide was courteous and friendly. He wasn't a guide in the sense of telling us all the history or anything, but he knew why were at each site and what we would want to get out of it. He also had recommendations for other stops we could make if we wanted (time permitting), and even recommendations for around Tokyo. It was just what we were looking for and we really enjoyed it.

San was a great tour guide with a positive attitude! The weather can always be a bit wonky in terms of seeing Mt Fuji! It can be beautiful or super cloudy. It was very cloudy like we couldn’t see Mt Fuji at all but that didn’t stop San from taking us to all scheduled destinations and even going the extra mile to point out other spectacular landmarks, hidden gems of the Mt Fuji area! The cost is definitely worth the price, because we were able to spend time at each destination w/o feeling rushed and we could really soak in the outdoor beauty and magic of Mt Fuji!

We will be a repeat Customers of the Mt. Fuji day trip

Everyone in our group had an amazing time. This it the first time our group has ever booth a tour like this. And now this will be a part of our group trips in the future. Anees was an amazing driver and friendly to talk to. Was asked for suggestions on where to on our day trip and the place he suggested did not disappoint. We can tell from his years of experience he knows the good spots. He helped us plan things the day of so we stayed on schedule. So if your on the fence about booking this day trip... do it and I'm sure you will be as happy as we were.
We had a group of 11 total
2 chaperones and 9 high school students and everyone fit comfortably

Private Mt Fuji Tour by Dokotrip
Booked this 1-day tour with a lot of doubts as it was very difficult to contact the service provider. Tried email, WhatsApp, FB messenger, TripAdvisor.. no reply at all. We have actually decided to go with the more expensive provider.
They finally contacted me around 1 week before the trip to reply my booking enquiries on TripAdvisor. From then on, communication was very smooth via WhatsApp (my choice). This is actually my first review on TripAdvisor to help those who felt the way I did during booking.

The trip itself was quite pleasant for us, a family with young kids who still need nap. We were not ambitious about the number of attractions to visit. We did around 4 spots and finished early to avoid traffic jam and let the kids nap in the car.

Car was spacious, driver Tajamal was on time (he was actually early, I believe) and patient.

Mt Fuji / Gotemba Premium Outlets Private Day Tour
We had a very good day with driver/guide Mian Anees. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Anees was very polite and accommodating of our requests to adjust the itinerary, and gave us good and useful advice along the way.

Its a car and driver, better than a bus
Competent english speaking driver and car came ontime. However it was just a driver, not a guide. Better than being in the busloads of other tourists all at the same locations. You get a private car and driver but its still taking your to tourist overun spots to view Mt Fuji. If you have good idea of where to go make sure to set your expectations- for novice Mt Fuji types, dont expect much more than a car and driver to speed your comfortablely between tourist spots.

Perfect day to Mt Fuji!
This was a great overview of the Mt Fuji area. We visited multiple places, all with different views of Mt. Fuji but all places worthy of visit in their own right. Our driver, Zeeshan, was on time, very patient with us and very resourceful in making sure our day was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip with many different potential stops. We simply took the itinerary that was recommended to us and had a wonderful time! Even had time to stop at an extra stop. Our driver Zeeshan was also fantastic and took the time to give us a quick summary of each destination once we arrived. Highly recommend!
