We booked this tour several months in advance and our guide,
Shuji, made contact almost immediately to offer us various options for our tour.
He offered some excellent suggestions and when we met him at our hotel proved to be pleasant, informative and engaging.
Both the pre tour communication and the tour itself was excellent .

Bruce Sugano was our guide and he was the best. He taught us very interesting facts, took us to incredible places and we ate with him in a very delicious restaurant. I went to Japan to my honey moon and me and my husband were very happy with his service.

Bruce gave us the greatest city tour we could have asked for. He even asked if we had any special requests. Would totally do it again!

Kenji K. was an outstanding guide. He reached out to us ahead of time to confirm the schedule and was very patient with my older mother. He made sure she had plenty of time to rest and recoup in the heat. I would highly recommend booking this tour. My only complaint is that I should have booked the whole-day tour instead of just four hours.

We had a wonderful time with Tachi today. We really appreciated her time, knowledge of the area and her kindness. We loved exploring Asakusa, Sensoji Buddhist Temple, Nakamise shopping street for delicious Mochi, Akihabara, Ueno & Yanaka. Tachi was very easy to be with, she answered all our “tourist” questions and had great time management to ensure we were able to see and enjoy everything we had listed to do. Would recommend her in a heart beat.

Kei was an amazing tour guide. He has a great knowledge of Tokyo and Japan history and shared a lot of great thoughts while we were experiencing the city. He even helped us to better understand the complex Tokyo subway system. I definitely recommend it!

Our guide Seizo Kamiuto was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He met us at our hotel and guided us thru the Tokyo subway system. He explained the history behind each place we visited and added thoughtful insight. The tour was money well spent and we would do it again.

Hello,
My friend and I are coming to Japan for an escorted group tour arriving in Tokyo on March 24th with a free day on March 25th. If possible, we would like to arrange for a private tour for the two of us. Meet at our hotel, Grand Nikki Tokyo Daiba at 11 am and take the train to Kamakura and spend some time there. We would like to have dinner that night in a Maid Cafe and perhaps see cherry blossom places not on our escorted tour and see interesting night time places in the evening with neon lights. Probable return to hotel would be 8 to 9 pm. Is this possible? If so what would the cost be? Our escorted group tour includes the fish market, Fukagawa Edo Museum and garden, Asakusa, Harajuku, Shibuya scrumble crossing, and Shibuya Hachiku.
We are interested in good photos and off the beaten path, authentic Japan, and something unique not included in our escorted tour.

Hello, it sounds fantastic! It’s possible to enjoy your dream tour. (Little bit a tough, though)
It takes 90min from your hotel to Kamakura and spend 3 hours to see major sightseeing spots including photogenic bamboo temple and enjoyable shop street. Then back to Tokyo and stop by Chidorigafuchi Park or Ueno Park for cherry blossoms on the way to Akihabara’s maid coffee. After dinner, you have a time to stroll neon and shopping street in Ginza and Shinbashi before you get your hotel.
