Lu was a great host. He taught us Japanese phrases, kept us engaged throughout the tour and was very pleasant. The tour itself was great and I definitely recommend it. It spanned about 9 hours and was worth the price.

We had the best day on this trip!
Erina was hilarious, so much fun and a really professional young woman. The experience itself was amazing. Such a beautiful way to experience Mt. Fuji.

Erina was a fantastic tour guide who provided a ton of information about our stops. She kept us updated and made sure we had a great time. The stops on this tour are incredible. Check the weather in advance for the best chance at seeing Mt Fuji. Highly recommended!

We have had a wonderful day with Erina as our guide on this tour. What commenced as a very wet day from Shinjuku turned into beautiful snow as we approached the mountain area. Not what we expected. We visited a number of interesting places. Erina was a great guide and made our day very enjoyable.

The tour guide Peter is very knowledgeable of the history of Mt. Fuji and the farming and lakes sorounding the area. The bus driver was really good in keeping us safe and making sure that we all reached our destinations.

I had an amazing experience in this excursion. I am traveling with myself and wanted to check out Mount Fuji. I found this tour and glad that I did. Peter the tour guide was great! Funny and informative and so pleasant and helpful! Also the tour had several stops so you can experience various things like a tea ceremony and an amazing local village. Thanks for the great experience!

Had a very pleasant day trip to see Mt Fuji and the beautiful surrounding lake, we enjoyed the unique special matcha tea ceremony too. The tour guide Peter speaks good English, he js super friendly and knowledgeable about Japan local culture, his insights and guide made this day trip is very enjoyable . The tour meeting instruction is clear and easy to follow. It’s a hassle free way to see Mt Fuji and local surrounding area.

Our tour guide LU was great and did a great job during our tour. I believe if he wasn’t our guide I would have left a 1 star review. LU was great in elaborating every history and backgrounds of our stops. From the village, to Mt Fuji, to the lake, and the green tea ceremony. My wife and I appreciate all the efforts he put into tour. We did enjoy a good portion of the tour. So 5 stars to LU.
However, why did I put 3 star? The reason why I didn’t put 5 stars was simply because of the fact that we didn’t get to see Mt Fuji at all (due to heavy fog, rainy day, and poor weather, all-damn-day). Mt Fuji is the highlight of the tour and it was disappointing nature had to intervene and somehow dent the experience for us.
We must have been unlucky because on the very next day, it was a beautiful day with the sun’s up, and I was able to see Mt Fuji from Tokyo.
We need transparency if we are to pay this for this tour and not get to see Mt Fuji due to poor weather. So for future tourists. Make sure you check the weather before booking and spending money, otherwise you will somehow leave the tour feeling a little disappointed.

Hello for the Tokyo pick up has anyone got the correct location? I’ve typed up the two places for the Tokyo north exit and the building and even though they’re around the corner from each other they are two different places and I want to make sure I’m in the right spot so I don’t miss the tour
