Awesome tour and highly recommend. It was cool and fun to experience some of Tokyo by getting there on bike through smaller, unknown back roads that we would have never went on before.
We learned about the history of the 3 stops we did and we got lucky when we found out that we got to visit a plot from one of the best and most sad movies we ever watched.
I cannot remember our guides name (I apologize to her) but she and Akio were awesome and showed us lots of love and a good time.
My family (wife, 16 year old and 14 year old boy) and my buddy all had a great experience. It can be a workout at times so be sure you're up to it, it was well worth it!
We did 3.5 hour tour that turned into a little longer due to me be a dum dum and losing my phone (which is why I cannot remember our guides name) all the stress of me looking for my phone. But she re-routed us and helped me backtrack for almost 40 minutes due to me doing this and for that I greatly appreciate her, the help and the tour.
Book this tour for you, your family, friends, anyone who wants to experience fun and culture! So worth it!

This tour was a highlight of our trip to Japan. It was a good workout & would be good if participants were cyclists. We are 72 years old and were just off a long flight but we cycle frequently at home so it was great for us.

Akio was a good guide with excellent English. The pace was perfect for our family of four (53, 49, 20 and 18). It is a great way to get around Tokyo and see places you probably would not do so easily on your own. Riding the quieter back streets is really nice and very little traffic and then whilst on the main roads we used foot paths so you always feel safe. We found the meeting place relatively easy.

Our guide Akio was helpful and tried very hard to accommodate our interest and ability. He was caring but in a rush. Our fitness level did not match the tour “average fitness” and he changed the tour to suit upon our request. However he had an electric bike and kept zooming off leaving us miles behind. When we caught up he did check we were okay but then zoomed off again.
We think the tour is too long and trying to cover too much in a short time. An introductory tour to the area such as this would be better to cover less ground to allow observation of the sights (everything is new to see) we were quickly passing.
The tour was described as average fitness but the ride was long and the bikes were of poor quality, it was also an exceptionally cold day and difficult as an afternoon activity, especially with the sun set early. The bikes were very uncomfortable (low handle bars and small hard seats) and not maintained well - difficult to change gears as the mechanism had mostly seized up. The tyres were nearly smooth and not pumped.
We thank you for the tour and wish you good luck. Thank you too for ideas of other places to visit.

Akio was a fantastic tour guide, he spoke excellent English and showed us around some interesting parts of Tokyo. We were lucky it was a beautiful day and riding the bicycle around town was lots of fun for our family. Highly recommend this tour.

This is a great way to see Tokyo. It gives a completely different impression to what you get from the train. Akio was a wonderful guide and he led us through mainly narrow side streets from one place to the next so you always felt safe. If we weren't on small side streets, we were on footpaths which made for a relaxing ride where we got a sense of how people live in downtown Tokyo. The trip was mainly flat with only a couple of small hill sections which were fine. We did the morning 3-4 hour tour which included Meiji shrine, Aoyama cemetery and the Imperial Palace. Before the tour, I had wondered about the inclusion of a cemetery in the tour but it ended up being a great addition where we learned a little about Japanese culture. As we rode, Akio pointed out other spots of interest and we stopped a couple of times for a drink and toilet break and snack. The morning flew by and we could have easily have continued on to do the 6 hour tour. If we return to Tokyo again, we will definitely look Akio up and book another tour. It was a highlight of our time in Tokyo and a great thing to do with teenagers. Thanks for a great day, Akio!

Great tour overall. Our guide Akio was informative and helpful. We visited a lot of places - but the three main ones are Meiji Jingu, Aoyama Cemetery, and Imperial Palace. There are a few hill climbs and the steepest on is on the way back to Shinjuku.

This was a great way to see a lot in Tokyo. Akeo and Mika were very knowledgeable, they were kind and their English was perfect. We had time to walk around some sites, had a great view of Tokyo from the top of the shiodome building. We took back roads less busy and we felt safe. I highly recommend this bike tour.
