Jay was awesome, he was a great instructor/captain but more importantly, he created a relaxed and enjoyable experience for us, we loved it!

The staff there was very good, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. My only complaint was with the equipment on our 14 foot Hobie cat. It had just a mainsail, and the cam cleat would not hold at all. The management should take more care, especially with such a critical piece of equipment, without which you cannot hold a tack, unless you are both steering and holding that sheet against pretty gusty conditions.(note double wrap in my left hand in pic) I cannot know, but doubt, that I was the first to report this. Otherwise, had a great experience. I also caution that the other activity charters don’t seem to respect right of way. More than once I had to yield to a massive catamaran under motor that would not change course.

Great morning sailing!! Had a fabulous sail - the ladies at the desk were helpful and fun - my son is special needs and they were great with him! Nelson is an experienced and friendly captain who made sure my son who hasn't sailed in a while was happy and safe. We will definitely sail with them again!!!

Emily, Lisa and the entire team at Aruba Watersports Center are fantastic. If you are looking for a water sports center that will take great care of you look no further! You have found them.
We have been sailing (renting hobie cats) from the team for the past 5 years. We always have a great experience with them. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices are always reasonable.
We just returned from a visit to Aruba and once again the team took amazing care of us. Be sure to go by and check them out!

If you know how to sail a catamaran you’ll have a great time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Listen to them. Conditions on the windward side of Aruba can change quickly. First timers on the island should consider sailing in the morning. You won’t be disappointed. The equipment was in tip top shape and once they knew I was sufficiently skilled I wasn’t required to sign many pages of legal documents. I look forward to returning.

We rented a catamaran in very high winds and barely made it off the shore before capsizing. The staff was outstanding and instantly came to our rescue! We hired Edwin to captain the rest of our sail. He turned what could have been our worst day into the best time of our vacation! Professional and really made it fun...I'd highly recommend!

We scheduled a hobie cat rental with a sailing instructor. When we arrived for our lesson, we were told that the boat inspector was 90 minutes late and we were unable to go. The woman at the front desk said she would go check on it for us, but after 30 minutes of waiting, we were told that it would be at least another 30 minutes to wait. We cancelled and went down to Fishermen's Hut Beach (just north of the Ritz Carlton) where saw a hobie cat on the beach at Armando's Kite/Surf Shack. Everyone we talked to had a great attitude and they took us out right away. Don't waste your time at Aruba Watersports. Go straight to Armando's.
