Only reason for 4 was the very ambiguous pick up location which was not the fault of our guide it the details given on the booking
Our guide was fabulous and gave us a great tour and even dropped us off at our hotel at the end.

Terrence the drive was our private guide for the day! He took us o a six hour tour of the entire island. He was kind and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable. He had water for us and drop us off at an excellent restaurant for lunch!! It was a very enjoyable day!!!
