We were greeted by our representative as soon as we walked into the airport. He explained the process and then whisked us past the line and took us directly to Customs and Immigration. The process was so short and smooth! He then escorted us over to baggage claim. While we were waiting for our bags, he followed up with our driver. We had no wait time once we collected our bags! What could have been hours took only a few minutes. Seamless process!!
Additionallty, both he and our driver offered tips and suggestions on good places to eat (we are foodies) and interesting things to do. Great way to start vacation after a long travel day!

Greeted at gate and waked past hundreds of people in line at slow immigration process. Highly reccomend . Well worth it!

While the lady that met us was very friendly and talked about various things to do and places to eat, I have to say I am not sure of the value of this service for me personally, I thought that there would be a fast track route through passport control but there wasn’t, so all that happened was the lady stood in the queue with us and walked us through customs and out to collect our bags and also walked us out to get a taxi, if you are a nervous or uncertain traveller then this service would give you peace of mind, but if you looking for something that speeds up the arrival process I didn’t feel it did that. I have to say that the airport wasn’t that busy when we arrived, but if it was busier I still didn’t see how this would speed things up, because as I said earlier there is no fast track lane.

We used this group for both their Fast Track arrival service and their to/from hotel transfers. While their fast track service was great (representative was waiting for us and very helpful), they failed miserably at the airport return transfer portion. In short, they were so late for the confirmed pick-up time that my family and I had to scramble to make alternate transfer arrangements and get a taxi over to the airport (barely making the flight). No partial refund offered.
An on-time pickup in order to make a flight would seem like table stakes for a company that does this for a living. I will steer clear in the future.

Friendly quick service we got through immigration very quickly. But as the cases took so long to come out on the conveyor belt other flights and the rest of our had caught us up and mostly overtaken us!!! We were then guided to were to get a taxi. Which would have been very easy to do on our own. So in our experience on this occasion it was a waste of money.

Our American flight was about 3-1/2 hours late, and our agent had been tracking our flight, and she was a friendly smiling face when we disembarked. She guided us through immigration, and connected us with our ride to the hotel.

No problems with fast track. Michael very pleasant and efficient. Problems experienced with Grantley Adams airport luggage handling which meant that the efficiency was negated by the airports ineffyciency
