Great tour

Would definitely recommend this tour. Karen was a great guide. Very friendly and happy to answer all questions. The Bajan lunch was also delicious. Only thing to improve is the meeting instructions are quite confusing as they focus on the port pick up location rather than the actual tour meeting point.

Cracking walking tour of Bridgetown

A fantastic tour with Karen! She was a most informative and entertaining guide providing not just historical fact but anecdotes too. She went out of her way to take us to the Cathedral and to ensure we knew how to get back to our hotel. Best trip in Barbados so far!

Very informative and enjoyable walking tour.

We experienced a very informative and enjoyable walking tour of Bridgetown today with Karen.
She was great! Friendly and full of interesting facts, and welcomed any questions we may have had. We happened to time our walk with several downpours of rain, but this didn't detract from the excellent time we had.
Due to covid, masks were worn throughout (except the very end when we took a photo). Karen was conscientious and entertaining the whole time - thank you!

Walking Tour in Bridgetown

Due to COVID, my fiance and I had a private walking tour with Karen and she was absolutely amazing! I loved her energy and her excitement to share the wonderful history of Barbados. She showed us some great hole in the wall places for food and souvenirs we wouldn't have learned about without this tour. My finance and I had a great time with Karen exploring Bridgetown. Tips: Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and wear LOTS of sunscreen!!

Excellent guide for a walking tour in Barbados

We were met just outside the gate of the cruise ship port. The guide led us through a cigar rolling factory, small shops, and a huge vegetable market. All the while, she was explaining the history of Barbados as well as the current culture. We walked along the water, into alleys, and down a shopping street that was filled with people and stores. After the walking tour ended, she recommended a few places for lunch. This was exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks.

2 hour walking tour of Bridgetown

Everything went to plan. Be sure to find out exact meeting place once at port. Our guide had excellent knowledge and was very helpful. If in a large group you might find it difficult to hear everything she says. She took us to several craft studios which were particularly interesting as well as points of interest around the town.

Sol agobiante y cero informacion

La guía era muy simpática, y se había memorizado algunas fechas, pero carecía por completo de cultura general y por tanto no entendía el significado de las 4 cosas que había memorizado para el tour. No sabia nada de los indígenas, ni que las lapidas del cementerio judío estaban en castellano antiguo, ni cual podría ser la razón y desconocía por completo lo ocurrido en la segunda guerra mundial. Hasta comento extrañada que los americanos no fueran entonces amigos de los italianos. No todo el mundo tiene la oportunidad de estudiar, y ella ponía interés a las explicaciones históricas de mi hijo, pero la verdad es que no aprendimos nada nuevo o interesante y con un sol tremendo no era agradable. Deberían hacer el tour al atardecer. Como nos supo a poco, ya que estábamos en la ciudad, en lugar de que nos llevasen de vuelta a casa, le dijimos que queríamos visitar otro museo, y hacer la compra antes de regresar a casa, aunque perdiésemos el regreso gratuito. Los supermercados son escasísimos y los taxis son abusivos, y al menos así solo tendríamos que pagar la vuelta desde Bridgetown. Pues justo nos recomendó el Museo de Barbados, el único que no esta en la ciudad, ni cerca de ningún supermercado sino a unos minutos caminando de nuestro alojamiento. En fin, una total perdida de dinero y de tiempo.
