This is an excellent adventure, thanks so much to Justin for a wonderful time and tour. It's a pretty intense experience, hiking through the passage in the cave and splashing through the underground river with rock pools deep enough to swim in. Beautiful rock formations throughout. Wear some sturdy shoes and be prepared to crawl through some small spaces.

Hihi, we want to thank you and especially Justin for the impressive en enthousiastic given cave tour. Never been so long underground and in the dark. Our kids loved it also very much. The scariest part was switching off the headlights. This makes you understand how the first explorers must have felt when there was no light.
We also enjoyed the flower garden, which is a good start for the cave tour. This is not included and you must ask this before.
So thanks again for the great day which make us love Barbados more and more.
Ps We advise you to take the taxi, because there is no bus stop at the beginning of the Cave entrance.

This was the coolest thing my husband and I have ever done on an island vacation! Our guide Justin was so much fun, made us feel safe and comfortable, and he made the tour spectacular!!! This is not your typical excursion/tour at all!! It’s very rugged and adventurous. Justin parks on the side of the road, and leads you down a path and into the jungle, which seems sketchy, but it’s definitely not! You climb down into the cave assisted by ropes and Justin, and then the cave fun begins! We were the only ones there, so you don’t feel like a tourist, or like you are being herded. You are truly experiencing nature, and exploring a deep dark cave system with only a light on a headband. The creepy crawly things on the cave walls disappear the further in you go, and you wouldn’t care if they were still there anyway , because it’s all so awe inspiring. Expect to get wet, dirty, and a little sore the next day from all the climbing and crouching. Justin also takes pictures and videos for you with your phone the whole time! It’s SO worth it! So glad we did this! Highly highly recommended this tour!!!

Went on this solo and was everything I’d hoped for. We descended through the trees to the cave entrance and spent a couple of hours walking through caves by torch light, scrambling up and down the rocks, ducking under stalactites and wading through pools of natural water. Even got to jump in to the deep one. Justin was awesome and can’t recommend enough. It’s not a leisurely tram, this is a local guided adventure.

Visiting Cole’s Cave was a very different, but most enjoyable experience, and really quite an exciting adventure. Having booked the tickets via TripAdvisor and got immediate confirmation, Grantley then contacted us the day before to confirm arrangements and meeting point. Our guides for the hike were Christian & Stephen, who were waiting for us when we arrived. They were both very friendly guys, excellent guides and had so much to tell us about the caves, and the surrounding area. They were very good at managing our group of 6 down into the gully, into the cave, and throughout the hike/clambers/climbs within and descents on the way back out. Our teenage boys were like a pair of goats, my husband and I a little slower, but we all managed the climb in, through, back and out and seeing the caves in their natural glory was a wonderful experience, and the highlight of our holiday here in Barbados.
For those considering this experience - it’s likely to be one of the best ever, albeit possibly a little challenging. You will get wet, and a little muddy (so be prepared). You will have to navigate your way in torchlight across rocky pathways and clamber up (or scurry if like my boys) and through various rock pool systems ( we wore beach water shoes which did a good job of protecting our feet while being flexible and giving good grip on the rocks). It’s definitely worth the effort, but most certainly not to be attempted without an experienced guide.
The sight of natural cave formations with their inhabitants left to their own devices is absolutely wonderful to see. A true privilege to witness.
Many thanks to Grantley and his team for making this possible and our very best wishes for Cole’s Cave to remain the natural wonder it is now for many people to experience in the future.

Hike up, down Coles Cave. What an experience. Justin was amazing. My partner and I loves every minute. Oh yeah there is no more ducking! Don't believe them. It was a joke with Justin. We looked at Harrison and the Flowre Pot. So happy we went with Good Times and Coles Cave. There is not alot of people, off the beaten pass it is eerie and beautiful at the same. It is dark and light. There Re huge centipedes, crickets and cockroaches. There are bats and bat dung.
Most importantly you will be amazed. Thank you very much Justin for helping us stagnate some of our fears and challenging us. Thank you for giving me a whole new experience below ground.

Grantley was incredible- he made us feel taken care of and safe at every stage, and you can sense how special this place is through his energy & approach. The caves themselves were magical... I didn't know what to expect and would say that photos really don't do the caves justice. I would highly highly recommend this experience.

This was so much fun! Lots to explore and learn. Grantly was fantastic, great energy, passionate and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a blast!

We had a fantastic time exploring Coles cave. Grantley was a brilliant guide, he was super friendly and filled us in with loads of info on the caves themselves as well as Barbados and it's history and lots of other bits and pieces :)
We loved every minute of our exploration. The area around the entrance to the cave was very beautiful as were the caves themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed the climb down to reach the cave and all the clambering around inside made it feel like a real adventure. Going in a small private tour was great as we could pick our own pace.
The climb down was really steep, we used a rope to help us. Inside there's some parts that are quite low and others where you need to climb up and down and walk through water. We loved it but be prepared!
We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a more active and adventurous way to discover Barbados caves!
