Good afternoon Miss Ho , Thank you for your review , We are please that you did find aspects of your tour enjoyable .Its quite unfortunate that your party had a negative experience with your drivers and guides on tour. Please note have done a full investigation on what transpired on the day in question and some aspects need to be clarified . Your pick up time was scheduled for 7.45am due to the location in which you accommodations was located. We sent communication to you via email adjusting your time to 8.00am to 8.15 ,Your driver arrived during the said time frame so the pick up was not 30mins late. Your driver which is the owner of the company is well aware of protocol and would have indicated to the office to let your party know that he would have been running late. On tour the driver also indicated he was your first driver shuttling to the Caves and you will be transferred by someone else to the Mount Gay tour. The situation at Mount Gay in terms of your tour it was explained you joined a existing tour and then continue to do the tour a second time to capture the first half , LUNCH is not included on this tour and as a company which has other pick ups and commitments we accommodated your party who chose to have a lunch break and that is how your third driver came into play.Its quite unfortunate that you expected the company to treat your tour as a private experience but in fact it wasn't and timelines needed to be maintained. Your party had an extra hour and a half which was at our expense and this was done to maintain that you had the best experience as possible. The comment of don't book RCR Tours is unfair and harsh and should be retracted in your post reply.
