Great adventure. Be prepared to swim whole journey. If you bring your cellphone, make sure to bring a 100% waterproof case. It’s about two hours walking, hiking, swimming.

Spectacular experience you just can't get taking pictures of a waterfall in the distance!
Note: folks from the cruise ship seemed surprised at the hike up - it was long and steep. And worth it!
Also, you can only purchase the photo package prior to the tour. I was disappointed after.

We had a wonderful experience with this tour. Jonathan was our tour guide and he did a great job. Our group was small, just us and another couple, which was way better than some of the huge groups we saw on other tours. The waterfalls were a great time, and the other stops around the city gave us a feel for the local life. Very happy with our experience.

This is a review of the tour provider and not of the activity itself. If advertised honestly and delivered as described, this would've been a fantastic excursion.
But we were unable to contact the provider after purchase.
1. phone number is disconnected
2. 2nd phone number never picked up
3. email address bounces
4. URL does not exist
Description says that pickup can be arranged -- not if you can't contact anyone!
After not being able to contact anyone, we crossed our fingers and took a taxi to the park ($90 round trip).
Got to park, and nobody was there to meet us. Front desk tried to get us to purchase new tickets (which were substantially cheaper than what we paid) until I showed them my tickets on my phone and they honored those tickets and added us to an existing group. All the others in the group had wristbands.
Instead of 27 waterfalls, only 7 were open and it was actually more like 4. The others on the tour, the people with the wristbands, knew it was only 7 but we were expecting 27 since that was what we purchased.
So basically we paid $307 for tour + $90 for taxi. There was no guide, no 27 waterfalls, no transportation option, no lunch, and only one half bottle of water. This "tour" is a sham. Avoid at all costs.

Went by private taxi service to the falls. On this date (Dec 2/22) we were charged 12usd pp. I thought that was excessive as we were told this was for 12 falls not 7. Perhaps it was a 'special' rate for this date as a cruise ship was docking that day, or I was misinformed. At any rate, it was a great experience although too short. Walk to the first slide wasn't too bad (20-30 min) for this senior. Our group had 3 guides and one of them took many pictures & videos of my family with my camera. No charge, except for optional tip at end which we were certainly glad to give.

We had a great time! The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because we were only able to do 7 of the 27, waterfalls because the river was low. This obviously isn't the fault of the tour company but was just a bit disappointing. We had great guides and sliding or jumping down the waterfalls was so fun.
Pro tip: if you want to avoid some of the cruise ship people, go early. We had 9am trip and when we were on our way back, we saw groups that were double the size around 11am.

My day trip included a side by side buggy tour and a visit at Monkeyland. The day started with the side by side tour which were clean and well maintained. The trail was a little slick but that made all the more fun. The falls and river run were next and equally as fun and exciting. Leave all non essential items in the truck, in other words anything you don't want to get wet. Then there was the visit with the squirrel monkeys. Fun attraction but more for the kids. The monkeys were friendly and docile.

If I drive to the location is parking available and if I go there without a tour company will I be allowed to enjoy all the things as if I went with a tour company? And is this price includes a tour guide?
