They took their time showing us around and explaining everything and answering our questions. We didn’t feel rushed. Very nice smaller factory. We got to roll cigars ourselves. Lovely personnel.

We found this cigar factory tour to be fascinating! Our guide Johan was very friendly & knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The tour covered the history & the production and selection of the tobacco to the creation of the actual cigars. What an art form! The artisans who make these do so with such efficiency and make it look so easy! It was fun to give it a try, wrapping a cigar ourselves. The shop had a great selection as well. A great experience!

We toured the cigar factory as part of a cruise ship excursion. The factory was fascinating in its history, employees and smells. Great place to experience.

Made my own cigar and had a great time learned alot about how to do it that I never knew great experience and would recommend to everyone. Juan gave us a tour and was great!

We were in the DR and wanted to experience a cigar factory tour and after doing some research we found this one that was about 15 minutes from us. My husband is really into cigars so we thought this would be great experience, we did not book in advance and got there and Alan showed us around and gave us a tour. He was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. We had a wonderful tour where we were able to roll a cigar and even take it home, if you are into cigars I would highly recommend taking this tour. The tour itself was about 30-45 minutes and it ended in the store where he was able to help guide us on the cigars that would best fit my husbands taste.

This is a wonderful cigar factory with a vast variety of brands. We were greeted by Allen who was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We were buying cigars for our friends and had minimum knowledge as to what we should buy. Allen was able to help us make great choices based on some details we gave him. We absolutely recommend this place!
