What an experience! Caribbean Airport Transfers, 10/10! They were on time, their vehicles clean, staff with excellent customer service! Let me say this again 🤣, they were on time, their vehicles clean, staff with excellent customer service! Air conditioning at the perfect temperature to combat tropical heat.
My wife and I primarily speak English so there was a very slight language barrier with us and the driver Francis. But that’s to be expected with communicating with anyone who is using their second, third language etc. Francis was attentive to our needs, always checking on us if we were ok.
We recommend Caribbean Airport Transfers to anyone who wants to travel to Dom Rep. They even have a full pamphlet of activities should you want to explore tourist attractions, the city etc.

The journey from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana was smooth. We felt safe, and we enjoyed the ride. The vehicle was clear and the driver was a safe driver. I would definitely recommend this service. The owner could be reached at anytime so that was a plus. Thank you for my excellent trip from Santo Domingo to Punta Cana and back .

Hands down best bang for your buck transfer from SDQ anirport to Punta C. Unfortunately I didn’t know any Spanish to communicate with the driver but translator app sufficed. Sufficed enough to the point where it was hilarious and it ended up being a good icebreaker. Use them for any transfers, they are top notch. Just don’t be a pos.

Mostly a good experience for a pickup from Santo Domingo airport and drop-off at a beach resort in La Romana. Communication via email and WhatsApp was excellent from the time of booking until pick-up at the airport. The driver was very friendly and the van was comfortable.
The only negative experience I had was at the airport. Upon arrival I saw a representative holding a sign with my name on it in the terminal, as expected. However, there was another man next to the representative who I later realized was not associated with Punta Cana Transfer service. He offered to help roll my luggage even though I didn't need help. After we walked 50 meters to the waiting point he asked for a tip, and when I politely declined he became impolite and demanded a tip. After finally relenting and giving him some coins he just walked away, and that's when I realized that he was not part of Punta Cana Transfer and had just scammed me. The Punta Cana Transfer representative said nothing and did nothing to prevent this little scam from happening. Not sure if the scammer and representative were in on it together, or if the representative just didn't care and allowed it to happen. Either way, this was my first time in the Dominican Republic and it will forever be remembered by how I was immediately scammed at the airport. During the prior week, Punta Cana Transfer sent a confirmation email to me and emphasized to only interact with Punta Cana Transfer representatives to avoid scams. By all appearances it looked like the scammer was with the representative and part of Punta Cana Transfer so I'm disappointed that the Punta Cana Transfer representative allowed me to get scammed and didn't say anything to me or to the scammer. I take responsibility for getting scammed, but at the same time I feel that the representative could've helped me out. Everything else was great and I would use this service again.

We used this to transfer from our hotel in Bavaro near Punta Cana to the Santo Domingo airport and it was a very easy and seamless process. We had to book day of because our previous shuttle company never showed up and we had to cancel them but Julio picked up the phone right away and spoke perfect English to help us and find a shuttle for a 2 hour drive back to Santo Domingo airport late at night. He communicated over WhatsApp throughout the process and made sure I was able to find his driver when they arrived at my hotel. Overall I couldn’t recommend this company more, especially with all of the other companies that are either scams or very untrustworthy.

Excellent service, our driver was waiting for us at arrivals. He was such a gentleman & stopped e route so that we could buy food etc. I would highly recommend.

My Fiance' and I visited DR but we flew in via Santo Domingo. We booked Punta Cana Transportation services and our experience was beyond expectation. Our drivers were well dressed which was breathtaking and they were very professional as well. The 2 1/4 hour drive seemed like a breeze with how smoothly they drove. We would definitely recommend this Transportation service. And I look forward to booking them on my next visit to DR. Thanks again Julio, Francis and my other driver. We had a blast !!!!
