Juan provided excellent service that started with a transfer from the Airport to our home for the week. We booked the waterfall/zipline tour through Juan at a great price compared to any other excursion service I researched. Service was so good that we booked a city tour where we got to check out all the great sites around Puerto Plata.
Our family felt incredibly safe during each adventure and enjoyed the conversation and knowledge Juan had to share. Juan truly focuses on providing top notch customer service. When we go back to Puerta Plata, I will certainly seek out Juan for more adventures. Highly recommend!

Juan Carlos tours was awesome. We took Cruise to Dominican Republic and opted for private company over Cruise ship excursions . I’m glad we did. Juan Carlos was very knowledgeable and filled the time slot completely with doing things we wanted to do and see. Juan was puntual picking us up and dropping us off. His vans are spotless and well running. Some tours by other companies I was afraid we would break down and miss the ship. Check him Out you will be glad you did!

Excellent service. We took the city tour and it was incredible. We saw so much and enjoyed shopping and lunch. JC was informative and an excellent guide.

Juan Carlos was an incredible host from start to finish. His energy was uplifting and he did a great job showing all the beautiful things Dominican Republic had to offer in a very honest, trustworthy and proactive approach. His English is great and he will always go out of his way to make himself available for your itinerary throughout your trip. He was a stand up guy and really looks out for his clients. He genuinely made our first visit to DR a memorable and carefree one throughout. I couldn’t recommend his services more. Gracias Juan Carlos !!!

Incredible experience!!! Excellent coordination and planning of the activity. The waterfalls are impressive, a masterpiece of nature!! The journey to get to them is the most uncomfortable
[if you're not a walker] but once there it's worth it. Totally recommended. We are a family of 4 people and we are all very happy to have found Juan Carlos, he is magnificent!

We were very fortunate to take a private tour with Juan Carlos to experience the great culture and history of the area. From the first contact with Juan he was so helpful and accomodating offering us many different choices for our tour at a reasonable price. Juan met us at the cruise port and drove us to all of the destinations and offered many recommendations in which we enjoyed all of them from the cable car ride to see Jesus and his open arms to the rum factory and chocolate store. I would highly recommend Juan and his touring company. You will have a personal experience with an amazing and personable tour guide. We will definitely reach out to Juan when we are in the area again.

The tour of the waterfalls was incredible, we really enjoyed this nature experience. That added to the human warmth of Juan Carlos and his family that made this the best trip.

Excellent service! They planned the entire excursion for us. Very reliable and accommodating. I would recommend it to any family or friend. 10/10. Definitely book!
