The overall experience was worth it. Minor hiccups with hotel rooms but can't really complain. The weather is really great if looking to avoid the colder climate where you usually live. But it gets really hot. Our concierge Yanson was very professional, courteous. He went above and beyond. Meeting us at the airport to give us a heads up as we arrived late. Just to give us ample rest time rather than calling us on the morning. There are many excursions provided and explained by Yanson as well. Don't be discouraged if you don't go through because the resorts have plenty of things to provide and do. As you will get plenty of time to relax and unwind. I recommend chilling at the beach if you are looking to avoid the heat as the breeze and the water will help cool you down. Overall I had a great experience and would go again

This was the best airport transfer service I have had in the Dominican Republic. Anyone who has experienced the DR knows that it is difficult to find a taxi that follows traffic signs and drives carefully. I felt safe all the time. Thank you Edward and your team for a great experience. I will never use another company again.

We wanted to say a huge thank you to Mario at Royalton Punta Cana who was a tremendous help to us during our 10 day stay! On departure day there was a 5 hour flight delay and right away Mario was communicating with us to give us more information on the flight and help us with our private transfer. Mario rearranged our pickup for us and our room got extended so we could enjoy the resort and be comfortable up until our private transfer picked us up. A stressful situation was made far less stressful with Mario’s quick communication and reassurance! It was great to be able to quickly communicate via WhatsApp. Nexus tours is very lucky to have Mario on their team and we so appreciate everything he did to help us!

We bypassed an insanely long car rental line and we’re greeted by our driver and a very new, clean, and comfortable Chevy Tahoe. We were out of the airport in no time.
We were given cold bottles of water and had a relaxing private drive to our resort with only our family in the car.
The return trip was similar - except there was a miscommunication on the time. Our driver was told the wrong time - but he patiently waited for roughly two hours until we could finish packing and complete our check out. He was very professional and understanding.
(We were there the last week of December 2020. For some reason, TripAdvisor did not have the correct date as an option for us to choose for this review.)
Overall - it was a great experience.

I booked a round trip private transfer from PUJ to our hotel online a month or so in advance. Our flight arrived late due to storms despite taking off on time but they were waiting in their kiosk at the airport. Oddly, it had one of the kids name's as the reservation so it caused an ever so slight delay at the security gate of our hotel (a minute) which we didn't care because she got a kick out of the sign being in her name. Pickup went just as smooth and they were there 15 minutes early before our scheduled pickup. Driver's were very nice and vehicles were clean. Had 5 people total and 3 checked bags. Totally worth it rather than going from hotel to hotel picking up other groups.

Sunwing Nexus had staff available for questions and help every day at the resort. They were extremely poignant and on time with their shuttles to and from the hotel. No complaints and highly recommend!!
