In and out. Great! They had our name displayed, large vehicle, and seamless transit service. We traveled with our kids and it was easy, great, and needed to timely escape the Punta Cana airport.

As a solo, young female traveler that speaks broken Spanish, the obvious concern is will I make it safely to my hotel not using hotel transportation.. took a gamble due to the other reviews by mainly couples.. and was very very satisfied with this company. On time, professional drivers.

Buyer Beware! We booked directly through their website and were thoroughly disappointed with both pick up and drop off!
PickUp:
-they had to stop to air up a tire at a sketchy gas station. No apology offered for the delay. I feel as though this isn't something that should happen on a "luxury" transportation service.
-we booked a Hyundai van so we'd have plenty of room and wouldn't have to climb into the backseat of a SUV. Of course, we had an SUV at both pickup and drop off. Super frustrating that we didn't get what we paid for, even though it was probably an "upgrade" in their mind.
-every other transportation company I've used provides water and beers for pickup. we requested beer but it was never disclosed that it wasn't included like all my previous airport transfers! They provided it as requested but never said it wasn't included (super shady to not be upfront) so we drank them... $20 charge in which they chased after us after dropping us off... NOT CLASSY!
I feel as though including the beverages would've been very reasonable considering the downgraded SUV and the stop for air in the SUV's tire! and if you insist on charging me, be upfront about the pricing and don't chase after me once you've dropped me off... email me about the charge or discuss it at pick up.
Drop-off
-same SUV, not a van like I had booked.
-second "driver" in the passenger seat who seemed very unfriendly. Weird situation to have a second employee in the car.
-I got very car sick with the return driver's driving... so erratic and unsafe!
overall, buyer beware. They're not upfront about the vehicle you'll get, the beverages they "provide," and the SUVs are run down (needed air and very unsmooth ride).

Dear: We are delighted to have served you and we hope to do so again in the future.
We want to clarify that in our terms and conditions it specifies what the transfer includes and what you must pay to request it and part of this is the alcoholic beverage, if you look once again it says that these have additional costs.
As you mention in your comment, we only try to give you an update on the reserved vehicle, of that if we are guilty of not thinking that you would not like a luxury transfer by paying a regular transfer.
although we understand that everything was due to the inconvenience for the drinks that you had to pay for, and if you request them, your obligation is to pay for them since they are not included in the cost of the transfer.
We greatly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you and look forward to doing so once again.

Amazing service. Accountability at its best. Dulce—the coordinator—is the best. She communicated with us even before we left the airport, and upon arriving in Punta Cana. She checked on us mid week, and also the day before our return. She picked us up on time. Reliable transportation. American made vehicles that were clean and in perfect condition. Great drivers. Will definitely use this company for our transportation services next time I visit DR.

We are very happy with the service we received from Luxury Transfers when we arrive in Punta Cana. Our driver, Jose Alberto Caraballo was amazing! He was there when we arrived and waited for us even though our flight got delayed. He was super friendly, and an easy drive from the airport to our Hotel in Bávaro Beach. We still have couple more days left in PUJ and we will also be using this company to return to the airport. Very recommended!!!

Service irréprochable :
- chauffeur ponctuel , la compagnie vous communique le nom du chauffeur, sa photo etc
La veille du départ
- en attendant les bagages nouveau mail informant que le chauffeur est là.
- à la sortie impossible de rater le rdv . Il a son iPad avec votre nom bien visible
- véhicule suv Chevrolet tahoe choisi pour son confort ..
- le chauffeur porte un masque , même si en rep do plus obligatoire.
Au départ de l aéroport en moins de 30 minutes au lobby de l hôtel , un vrai confort après 10h de vol
Au retour même professionnalisme , ponctuel et dépose devant le bon comptoir d enregistrement.
Nous recommandons fortement cette compagnie .

I am trying to book a round trip transfer between the airport and my hotel but the option to complete this information is confusing. For the pick up drop down only hotels are listed not the airport. Can someone assist?
