We were very impressed with the communication with this private hotel transfer company. Julio was very attentive to arrival and departure schedule and very quickly accommodated us when our flight was delayed. Everyone was courtesy and prompt with the pickup and drop-off. We recieved personalized attention (no additional folks to wait for), which is what you want when visiting a heavy tourist city like Punta Cana....no stress coming or going.

Very reasonably priced transfers compared to other companies and certainly better than taxis. Drivers were very friendly and safe driving. They were on time for both arrival and departure and made things much easier. Julio was a huge help, and keeps you updated on everything that’s going on.

Alex was very very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to explain a lot of things about the island and was just very considerate and lovely. The airport pick up was seamless and so was the ride back to the airport. I will for sure be back to Punta Cana and will definitely hire Alex again for an airport transfer and an excursion. We had already booked our excursions already, but I will definitely use him next time.
