Our hike was truly amazing, exceeding our expectations. It was challenging, but worth every step.
Rawls (our guide) did a great job of not only the seven sisters tour, he also included ta wealth of information about the history of the country geographically, politically and the spice trade. He also made several stops of significant landmarks, and local communities along the way.
I definitely recommend this tour.

We had a lovely day with Rolley our host and driver. Picked us up at our villa at LaLuna. Embarked on our drive to the waterfall where he took the time to stop and point out some historical facts about Grenada. This was a bonus as we just expected a hike. Secured food and cocktails to be ready when we finished the hike. Absolutely lovely. This hike is slippery and rocky so dress accordingly.

My trip was amazing!!! There is so many things that I want to highlight.
Rolley was our tour guide for the whole day and was honestly so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and resourceful. The car ride to the falls was nice because he told us a ton of Grenadian history but would also jam out with us while we played music or make sure to stop at scenic spots so we could get all the pics we wanted. I am not sure if seeing the mono monkeys is a regular part of the tour, but when we told Rolley that we wanted to go, he went to the store and bought a punch of local bananas for us to try and for the monkeys. On the actual hike he was so patient with everyone's speed hiking (there are slippery parts to the tour and the experience of everyone varied) and hanging out after. He also took us to a local side grill place and made us "his special drink" with fresh nutmeg we just picked from the hike! Although I didn't have to do it, at the falls you can go waterfall jumping, if you are into that! (other people there were doing it). Overall, the tour was so fun, and I felt like it really was one of the highlights to me coming to Grenada because of what I got to see and the welcoming company.

If you are in Grenada, have some free time and looking to go on an excursion, you must do it. It is about 25 minutes hike in the rain forest (wear comfortable footwear) and it opens up to two beautiful waterfalls and pools. Water is clear and you are surrounded by peace and quiet :)

Brilliant trip! Very knowledgeable and entertaining guide- thank you Michael! Quite awkward walking in places with steep descent (therefore ascent for the return) over a muddy and rocky path but well worth the effort. Excellent!

I took this tour from a Princess cruise ship, Grand Etang Park & Seven Sisters Waterfalls Hike; #475A. Although this was listed as a strenuous activity, I was not prepared for how difficult it was, and I am in decent shape. The 600 ft. hike straight down was treacherous. There were mud steps and huge boulders to navigate and it was extremely slippery. Hiking shoes/boots are an absolute must. You also have to cross a creek on rocks and boulders to get to the viewing area. The real problem came when it was time to hike back up. The mud steps and boulders are 18” or more tall, making it difficult to step up for a short person. Think of doing squats for for an hour. My leg muscles were so sore for 5 days after the hike that I could barely walk. If you are considering this hike, you need to be in tip top shape. It is not for anyone with knee or hip issues, or the elderly. You will definitely need water, so bring it with you. On the positive side, the falls are beautiful and there is a place to swim at the bottom. The rainforest is gorgeous with many native trees and plants. Definitely will not do it again.

Rolley was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about Grenada, and was a joy to be with for the day! So much fun, and would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to hike Seven Sisters!

Michael was a fantastic host. Hugely knowledgeable and engaging on Grenada, its history, its many troubles and setbacks, its resilience, positivity and lovely people. The waterfall was a great experience. The hike itself was a bit short - I would have liked a longer or more challenging walk but I guess that you have other options there for next time we visit wonderful Grenada.
