The transfers were prompt and ready at the times requested. The cars were clean and comfortable. I was glad someone else was driving, as I am not familiar with driving on the left side of the road. The drivers were pleasant and friendly.

These guys were great! They met us at the airport, and Omar took us to our hotel. He helped us get the lay of the land on the way to the hotel, with some great recommendations. We were picked up on time both ways, no problem. Safe and clean vehicle, too!

We booked our transfers from Montego Bay to and from Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. First off I must commend the office personal for putting up with all the booking changes due to MULTIPLE flight changes. Thank you for your understanding. Pickup at the airport was quick and professional. We were met By Demarlo, a great ambassador to this company. Demarlo told us all about the Island and culture. We got along with Demarlo so well we booked him for a day trip to Negril. We climbed into the van and told Demarlo it was up to him where we go, just nothing to touristy. We spent the day seeing the real Jamaica, from Orange Hill to the most western point of Island. We stopped to see the locals fishing from the rocks and experience fresh almonds from the tree. For a late lunch Demarlo took us to a new restaurant, Lobster Smokehouse Bar and Grill, owned by a young couple. Great food and service. Definitely worth a stop. Thank you Demarlo for a great day, excellent service and entertainment.

This service was extremely helpful and smooth! My driver was Kevin and we were immediately welcomed by him and learned a lot about the culture, things to do, and many other things. He made us feel so at home and welcomed that on the way back we requested him as our driver. We had to be picked up at 6am for the airport and he pulled in at 5:58 with a smile on his face and we were just as happy to see him. Highly recommend company and request Kevin as your driver!

My Wife chose this company and I'm so happy she did.
#1 They were there waiting for us as our flight was late, which was very professional.
The Driver ' ALEX' was truly a pleasure to be around, very personable, with a true knowledge of Jamaica and gave us ideas of things to do, and places to go.
Durring our 45min ride to the Lady Grand Hamilton on the 8th of July he had a very entertaining conversation painting all aspects of Jamaican life. Upon our request to stop at a shop during the ride to our resort he didn't hesitate, giving us a true sense of security in his choice, and when we left today the 12th, he sent us a text of the time he would arrive and BAM! He was there with his smile, making us feel as we were his friends.
I can tell this company respects their employees in the way he spoke of the owner. They should be proud to have an employee as Alex, and anyone who chose this company can't go wrong. They can do everything from designing your entire trip, to just excursions.
I do know one thing, the next time I'm in Jamaica I'm asking for Alex. Great Job!

My experience was great i wasn't sure what to expect it was my first time going to Jamaica and found this company on the internet. I was a little hesitant but after reading the reviews i decide to give it a try. To my surprise as soon as i arrive it was my name waiting right outside the airport and the driver Craig could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable, he gave us great information about the island and we enjoy very much his sense of humor as well as his proper manners.Also our driver to take us back to the airport was very courteous and friendly I strongly recommend this company , makes you feel secure and safe .So go and get ready to enjoy Jamaica !

We greatly enjoyed our private transfer from the Montego Bay airport to the Grand Palladium with Norville and our return trip with Kevin. Norville helped us with our bags and welcomed us back to the island. He also answered the many questions from our 4 kids and gave us some interesting information about Jamaica and its people.
Kevin took us back to the airport in what looked like a brand new van. It was very clean and we had drinks available for the approximately 45 minute ride. Since we had extra time to spare, Kevin took us down the low road and pointed out several restaurants and hotels that would be nice to visit on our next trip. We also went down to the airport and watched a plane come in for landing over the water. Kevin was very conversational and we learned alot about Montego Bay.
We would definitely use Get Away again for not only an airport transfer but also any other transportation needs....very friendly, very professional, very informative, very clean and safe travel.
Kevin took us back to the airport in what looked like a brand new van. It was very clean and we had drinks available for the approximately 45 minute ride. We were very happy to have chosen Jamaica Get Away Travel for ground transportation in Jamaica.
We used them for airport transfer, trips to Blue Hole and Ricks Cafe. Driver Kevin was the best, always on time and very informative. The manager Kemeila Ricketts was extremely helpful and easy to reach after hours. This service is highly recommended.
