I really trust this brand and felt so comfortable, safe, and attended to when I was traveling solo for my bday trip. My driver Richard B was fantastic and he even gave brief history of some landmarks as he dropped me off to my hotel. I ended up requesting him on my return to the airport and they were able to accomodate. Thank you so much for keeping Richard B happy Jamaica Exquisite! I hope to plan a tour with them for my cruise in April!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Especially with drivers PHILLIP! We caught him going through our bags!! The Resteraunt “Scotches” is where they bring you by and let you order while you leave your bags In the car, then the driver goes back in the van to go through your bags! The Manager of the company and the rep. Marcy will cover for their drivers! Driver Phillip will offer you weed and if you are drinking will ask for alcohol while driving as well! The company hired all criminals!!! BEWARE!! Do NOT book!!

Firstly, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment that you experienced with our company on your recent trip. As unsettling as it is, I assure you that your complaint will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help to improve our service while thoroughly investigating your claim.
Our goal as a company, is to provide a consistently reliable private transfer and exemplary customer service experience for all our visitors. We take great care in ensuring that the proper steps are taken to resolve your unpleasant experience and also in addressing the issue of having the workers of the company being labeled as “Criminals”.
I have had the opportunity to be associated with all the workers of the company over a period of time, years to be exact. I have worked with Phillip and Marcy directly and have never had a complaint of either of the two or any other staff members to be criminals / displaying criminal behavior or intent. Phillip is one of our drivers that has the most positive reviews to date on Trip Advisor and other forums and is one of our most requested drivers on the return transfers and for repeat visitors. Marcy, our Reservation Manager, has been with us for years and has never been accused of such a strong claim, given that she works in the supporting capacity as both our logistical coordinator behind the scenes and also providing timely administrative support for all customers via email and over the telephone, she does not make pricing and hardly has any form of physical contact with passengers, so for her to be called a criminal is surprising, to say the least.
In our best efforts to keep our customers happy and satisfied, we are going to refund your transfer cost of US$60.00. This is the least we can do in the light of this unfortunate event. We strive for customer satisfaction and want to ensure an exquisite experience at all times.
Again, we sincerely appreciate your taking the time to share your feedback with us and wish you much success in your endeavors, have a safe and pleasant New Year.
