Decent breakfast / brunch spread. I was under the impression they would expedite us through the check-in process, but that wasn't the case. Thought I read that somewhere, but could just be a misunderstanding on my part. We left the club in order to go to the gate shortly before boarding time, and then of course our flight was delayed over an hour. Would have been nice to enjoy more "free" drinks and snacks in the club rather than sitting at the gate. No fault of Club Mobay though. Experienced friends say it's more worth it for arrivals, rather than departures.

It’s a very small airport the line does go fast even without the VIP pass. But worth every penny, clean bathroom, good drinks, and good food inside the Mobay Club.

Having space to wait, relax, have a last Rum Punch and Jamaican Patty before departing is nice. But it is especially nice right now with MBJ departure terminals being under construction and making the waiting spaces very small. The VIP line through security is also key - saves a lot of time. Especially if your airlines bag drop counter is very busy.

The reason I didn’t give this a 5 was because the food upon the entrance into Jamaica was not good. I was expecting ackee, breadfruit and some other traditional foods but instead served pasta. As I don’t eat meat or dairy, my options were limited. Other than that, the pickup and pass through was AMAZING! Quick and efficient and very much worth the money. Now the departure lounge was something to talk about it. Great service and even GREATER FOOD! It was soooo good and I love the fact they call when your plane is boarding. I’ll always use this service but the food and drink options need to be better when you arrive in Jamaica. Let us taste a little bit of the island upon our arrival!

Pues tuvimos suerte de llegar temprano y tener mesa,lógicamente la atención fue rápida y igual la comida,la camarera rosy fue toda una maravilla da gusto que te resivan con buena atención y educación, siempre pendiente de nosotros ,,en cuanto la comida, tanto la pasta y pizza no tuvimos queja eran abundante y muy bien,,,sin lugar a duda repitiremos

Great service. first time ever using club Mo Bay on both arrival and departure and I felt it was the best thing I ever spent money on. I don’t do long lines very well and when I get to my vacation destination, I get antsy having club Mobay on arrival allow us to bypass hundreds of people for immigration and customs and then we got to go to the lounge and have complementary food and drink while we waited for our transportation worth every penny!

sorry I am late to answer this. when flying on premium tickets (business of first) your ticketing airline is your best (and only reliable) go to. I can tell you that the CapitalOne Venture X card now offer Priority Pass FREE to ypu and as many authorised users as you want to add (also free...so add any friend or family ypui want to have free lounge pass)...PP gets you into 1,700 lounges worldwide free! I highly recommend this card

Not a big deal. It took me a couple tries to get confirmation but when I arrived the kiosk that reads the form wasn’t working so we had to give the info orally to customs. Just took a couple extra minutes. We had escort from Club Mobay but there wasn’t much of a line anyway. Bottom line it’s not going to be a problem.

We are staying at Sandals which has its own arrivals lounge while waiting for transport, can you use the service to get through immigration faster and go to the sandals lounge instead, since that is where you get your bus to the resort?

Yes, we stay at Couples and use Club Mobay and they take you to your hotels lounge to sign in and then to the Club mobay lounge if you choose to. Your hotel will come find you when your bus is ready if you are at the CM lounge. Works great.

They should be able to have one waiting for you, plus the airlines usually will have someone to help you get off the plane. As for the fast track immigration, being in a wheelchair won’t hinder that.
Totally worth it.
