Simply Amazing! Fast, efficient and so friendly. The lady that met us in the airport ( I don’t remember her name) made us feel so welcomed! I would not go to Jamaica or back without Club Mobay! Superb!

The best way to get your vacation started!

Our attendant was there and waiting for us after we got off the plane. She was very helpful and friendly! We will always use Club Mobay when arriving in Jamaica!

Highly recommend!

Very nice lounge! We got our own security line to walk through as well. That was nice to bypass the normal lines. 100% worth it! Everyone was helpful and nice. Food, drinks, bathrooms, showers, etc. Very clean too. Flight updates were said over intercoms so you knew when to board your flight. Lovely experience!

Great Experience - Especially for Groups

The Club Mobay experience was great, especially on the way home. We had about 1.5 hours after getting through security and the duty-free shop to sit and get our complimentary drinks. The food was good, lots of varieties of Jamaican patties which were a group favorite. Would 100% recommend especially for large groups.

Club MoBay is a must-have

Coming into Jamaica, having Club MoBay VIP allowed us to bypass waiting at least an hour in line. The process was very smooth. Upon return to the US, we spent about an hour in the Club MoBay lounge with delicious food and drinks, and WiFi service. If we return to Jamaica in the future, we will definitely sign up with Club MoBay again.

Wouldn't travel to Jamaica without this service

Such a helpful service. They help you with baggage, fast track you through the queues and provide you with somewhere to sit, use WiFi, have a drink and a snack before you leave the airport. Staff are amazing. The food could be a little more expansive for the price paid, I'd expect more quality options. The toilets could also do with an upgrade.

Don't travel to Jamaica without Club Mobay! This service is fabulous!!!!

Club Mobay is the best service! I was able to skip hundreds of people in line and zip through the airport. I am a travel agent and I highly recommend this service to all of my clients. They have a rep waiting for you with a sign displaying your name when you exit the airplane. They guide you through the process and walk you to their lounge. I grabbed some rum punch in there and was off on my way to the resort. They do have food in the lounge as well for a quick snack.

On the way home when you arrive at the airport a couple hours before your departure, you can go relax in their comfy lounge. They have food and drinks (even alcohol) and this is all included in your entry price. You can still feel like you are on your all-inclusive vacation until you take off. :) We grabbed our last Jamaican beef patties before we flew home and used their Wi-fi to work as well. :) This will be some of the best money that you will spend on your trip, and it is definitely worth it! :) I usually book the bundle VIP service for arrival and departure for my clients. Thanks Club Mobay and see you next time! :)

MOBAY IS JUST THE BEST!

Always an incredible experience with Mobay...arrival - from the attentiveness and friendliness to the ease of having someone walk you through the most intimidating part of travelling... not to mention we skipped a HUGE line up over hundreds of people!
departure - such comfortable, clean atmosphere...friendly people and lots of staff to assist the during the entire stay!

We will never travel to Jamaica without Mobay!
