For starters she arrived very late. With het family in the bus ( Child an babydaddy). We agreed 2 month’s in advance what the route would be. Upon arrival she changed it, stating it was to far, to busy and that we would not make it back on time to the ship. (Did she discover this info that day ? ) and rushed us to make a quick desishon while already on the road.
We spend almost 2 hour’s sitting in the bus, riding ( in responsibly) into the mountains. We couldn’t see anything of the island.
We ask her about the history or important things of Jamaica, we haven’t received that information either. What kind of touring guide are you to not even know anything to tell about your own Country ??
She charged us a lot of money $75 for visiting 3 placed (what was agreed in advance) and ended up visiting one.
Mind you on the spot she told us that this amount was without the entrance fee to the 9 mile.( Bob Malrey’s house).
We ask for refund, still to the date, we haven’t received it. That was the most expensive tour i’ve experienced and been on till now.
It was a rip of and e family trip for them.

You didn't do this experience so why are you writing a negative review for it. You are trying to make-up bad things when you didn't even book with us on this platform.You went to both attractions and didn't want to pay the entry fees to get in what should we do.

Was an absolutely brilliant day and very informative. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered any questions. Well set out . There was also a band on singing bob marley tunes . Brilliant day out

I visited Jamaica for my 30th birthday, and loved every moment of it! The staff was very friendly and helped me along my way. Orlando is/was awesome! He made sure to assist whenever we needed the help. Definitely will book this is excursion again! The tour guide at 9 mile and Bob Marley was fun and entertaining as well!

This is a really varied day. I think Dunns river is something you have to do whilst in Jamaica - they describe is as being like the pyramids for Egypt. It is quite a thing to say we have climbed it and I’m glad we did but I don’t think it was a pretty as YS falls so I’d recommend going there too. Because you are concentrating on climbing, and do this in a group holding hands, I felt that there was limited opportunity to stop and take in the beauty of the surroundings.
9 miles is another one that I’m pleased we did but it didn’t feel that authentic other than the last bit when you go into the grave. There are lots of picture opportunities and gift shops. There also feels that there is an expectation to smoke, drink or eat the weed available for sale there - although we didn’t. The tour guides and very knowledgeable. If you are a Bob Marley fan I think you’d really enjoy it as there is lots to look at and learn.
We went to a lunch stop on this tour which was nice and felt quite authentic.
Note that to get to these excursions you are on the mountain roads for a long period of time and they do not drive carefully out there. Maybe not suitable for those who get travel sick!

If you are booking this and leaving from the port which they clearly have as a pickup spot. Don't book this excursions. From the time they picked us up they told us we would not be able to do both excursions and is refusing to give me half of my money back. The company Suzzutte I even spoke with her and she said she would refund some of my money so she lied!. I should have know something was fishy about this company when they couldn't come in the port and pick us up had to meet them on the outside! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU COMING IN ON CRUISE SHIP! I'm also disappointed with tripadvisor you would think they would understand about me wanting some of my money back. I had to pay for something that I didn't receive and they had no intentions on taking us to both places. You need to take off the port as a pickup place if you can't go to both excursions!

I disagree with this review,this excursion doesn't apply to Cruise ships passengers I don't know how she booked it.This customer was told that they won't be able to do 9 miles and Dunn's river from montego bay port,if you are staying in a resort which that tour clearly states that ok.I had advised the customer to do Dunn's river and another excursion or 9 miles only and they will get back a partial refund she said no we have enough time plus it's been a childhood dream and I don't know if she will be in Jamaica again. The driver said he was thinking about it the entire time if he should try to make her dream a reality even though he knows it's risky,the customer finally decide to go back to montego bay and go to the beach when she got back in town and saw the traffic she said you were right. This customer booked a combo which is like BOGO so because she only went to one of the excursions she wanted half of her money back but that isn't how it goes. She was told that she will receive a partial refund but she wants more than half of the amount she paid so that's why she gave this negative review. I didn't lie about anything customer service is what I do,I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused but you will receive a partial refund and I hope we can serve you better in the future.

This tour is a must if you are a Bob Marley fan. The day starts at Dunns Falls. The guides are awesome and helpful. GET THE VIDEO; it's worth $ 40 USD. Then, travel an hour and half up the hills, seeing the areas of Jamacia that are more realistic than tourist districts. It's humbling for adults and teens alike to witness towns with no running water, etc. 9 mile people and guides are informative and fun. We could tell they love their humble home. Be open minded on the second half of this tour as weed smoke is a part of the culture

This tour gave us a real insight into the life and philosophy of Bob Marley. It was well put together and we were so glad we went. Our Amstar driver was Tymar and he was so congenial and we felt very confident with his driving.

Take in mind when booking this tour it is a all day trip. You get to view the beautiful land of Jamaica.

Disfrutamos de un viaje muy cómodo en compañía de Warner , quien manejaba el español lo suficiente como para explicarnos el trayecto y lo que visitaríamos. La casa de Bob Marley es guiada por personas del mismo lugar muy simpáticos y amenos , luego la aventura en Dunn's River Falls refrescante y maravillosa.

Had the best day touring Bob Marley Nine Miles and Dunns River Falls. Didnt think i could fot in both in 1 day but our Tour guide Warren was brilliant. We would highly recommend this tour. Great day,saw a lot and really enjoyed it. Thank you Suzette Tours.

We have a group of 9, what are we paying for if it does not include tickets to the Bob Marley tour or Dunns River Falls? How much are the entry tickets to Bob Marley? How much are the tickets to Dunns River Falls?

bonjour nous sommes un groupe de 8 , nous souhaiterions prendre cette excursion; nous serons en croisiere sur le seaside en fevrier 2020 . nous accostons une journee a ochios , le bateau sera present de 9 a 17h , je n ai pas encore l heure limite d embarquement l apres midi; est il possible de faire cette excursion pendant cette journee sans risqué de rater notre bateau ?
